فَمَا ٱسْطَٰعُوٓا۟ أَن يَظْهَرُوهُ وَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ لَهُۥ نَقْبًا

So they (Gog and Magog) were not able to scale it, nor were they able to dig through it.
