وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali

And it is an inviolable law for a township which We have destroyed that they shall not return.
