27:35

قَالَتْ إِنَّ ٱلْمُلُوكَ إِذَا دَخَلُوا۟ قَرْيَةً أَفْسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُوٓا۟ أَعِزَّةَ أَهْلِهَآ أَذِلَّةً ۖ وَكَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

She said, ‘Surely, kings, when they enter a country, despoil it, and turn the highest of its people into the lowest. And thus will they do.

اس نے کہا یقیناً جب بادشاہ کسی بستی میں داخل ہوتے ہیں تو اس میں فساد برپا کر دیتے ہیں اور اس کے باشندوں میں سے معزز لوگوں کو ذلیل کر دیتے ہیں اور وہ اسی طرح کیا کرتے ہیں۔

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اس نے کہا کہ جب بادشاہ کسی ملک میں داخل ہوتے ہیں تو اسے تباہ کردیتے ہیں اور اس کے باشندوں میں سے معزز لوگوں کو ذلیل کر دیا کرتے ہیں اور وہ اسی طرح کرتے چلے آئے ہیں۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

She said, ‘Surely, the kings, when they enter a country, despoil it, and turn the highest of its people into the lowest. And thus they always do;

She said, ‘Surely, kings, when they enter a country, despoil it, and turn the highest of its people into the lowest. And thus will they do.[2836]

Commentary:

The Queen explains to her ministers and nobles the dangers of offering opposition to Solomon.

ملکہ نے کہا کہ "بادشاہ جب کسی مُلک میں گھس آتے ہیں تو اسے خراب اور اس کے عزت والوں کو ذلیل کر دیتے ہیں یہی کچھ وہ کیا کرتے ہیں

کہنے لگی بادشاہ جب کسی بستی میں داخل ہوتے ہیں اسے خراب کر دیتے ہیں اور وہاں کے سرداروں کو بے عزت کرتے ہیں اور ایسا ہی کریں گے
