29:28

وَوَہَبۡنَا لَہٗۤ اِسۡحٰقَ وَیَعۡقُوۡبَ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِیۡ ذُرِّیَّتِہِ النُّبُوَّۃَ وَالۡکِتٰبَ وَاٰتَیۡنٰہُ اَجۡرَہٗ فِی الدُّنۡیَا ۖ وَاِنَّہٗ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ لَمِنَ الصّٰلِحِیۡنَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And We bestowed on him Isaac and Jacob, and We placed the gift of prophethood and the Book among his descendants, and We gave him his reward in this life, and in the Hereafter he will surely be among the righteous.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور ہم نے اُسے (یعنی ابراہیم کو) اسحاق اور یعقوب عطا کئے اور اس کی ذریّت میں بھی نبوت اور کتاب (کے انعام) رکھ دیئے۔ اور اُسے ہم نے اُس کا اجر دنیا میں بھی دیا اور آخرت میں تو وہ یقیناً صالحین میں شمار ہوگا۔

French

Et Nous lui donnâmes Isaac et Jacob, et Nous établîmes le prophétat - nubuwwah - et le Livre parmi ses descendants, et Nous lui donnâmes sa récompense dans cette vie ; et dans l’au-delà il sera assurément parmi les justes.

German

Und Wir schenkten ihm Isaak und Jakob und gaben seinen Nachkommen das Prophetentum und die Schrift, und Wir gaben ihm seinen Lohn in diesem Leben, und im Jenseits wird er gewiss unter den Rechtschaffenen sein.

[b]我赐给他伊司哈卡和雅尔孤布, 赐予他的子孙圣品和天经, [c]在今世赏给了他报酬, 在后世他也将被列入善人中。

E Noi gli concedemmo Isacco e Giacobbe, e ponemmo il dono della profezia e del libro tra la sua discendenza, e gli demmo la sua ricompensa in questa vita, e nell'Aldilà sarà senz'altro tra i giusti.

Le concedimos a Isaac y Jacob, y pusimos el don de la profecía y el Libro entre sus descendientes, le dimos su recompensa en esta vida, y en el Más Allá estará ciertamente entre los justos.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور ہم نے اُسے اسحاق اور یعقوب بخشے‘ اور اُس کی ذریت کے ساتھ نبوت اور کتاب مخصوص کر دی اور ہم نے اس کو دنیا میں بھی اس کا اجر بخشا۔ اور آخرت[3] میں بھی وہ نیک بندوں میں شامل کیا جائے گا۔

یہ جو حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے متعلق کہا گیا ہے کہ اِنَّہٗ فِی الْاٰخِرَۃِ لَمِنَ الصَّالِحِیْنَ اس کے ایک معنے تو یہ ہیں کہ آخری زمانہ میں بھی ابراہیمؑ کو لوگ بہت نیک قرار دیں گے۔ چنانچہ اس آخری زمانہ میں بھی جو امتیں قائم ہیں وہ ساری کی ساری حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کو مانتی ہیں۔ یعنی مسلمان بھی‘ یہودی بھی اور عیسائی بھی۔ دوسرے معنے اس کے یہ ہیں کہ ساعت ِ آخرت میں جو بُروزِ ابراہیمؑ ظاہر ہوگا وہ بھی خدا کے نزدیک اپنے کام کا اہل ہوگا۔ اور اس پر اعتراض کرنے والے غلطی کریں گے۔

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اور ہم نے اسے اسحاقؑ اور یعقوبؑ (جیسی اولاد) عنایت فرمائی اور اس کی نسل میں نبوت اور کتاب رکھ دی، اور اسے دنیا میں اُس کا اجر عطا کیا اور آخرت میں وہ یقیناً صالحین میں سے ہو گا

English - Sahih

And We gave to Him Isaac and Jacob and placed in his descendants prophethood and scripture. And We gave him his reward in this world, and indeed, he is in the Hereafter among the righteous.

اور ہم نے اسے اسحاق اور یعقوب عطا کیا اور اس کی نسل میں نبوت اور کتاب مقرر کردی اور ہم نے اسے اس کا بدلہ دنیا میں دیا اور وہ آخرت میں بھی البتہ نیکوں میں سے ہو گا

And We granted to him Isaac and Yaqub and We placed in his offsprings the Prophethood and the Book. And We gave him his reward in the world. And indeed, he in the Hereafter (is) surely, among the righteous.

And We gave him Isaac and Jacob, and We appointed the Prophecy and the Book to be among his seed; We gave him his wage in this world, and in the world to come he shall be among the righteous.
