لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفًا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَوْ يَكْبِتَهُمْ فَيَنقَلِبُوا۟ خَآئِبِينَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali

God will do so
that He might cut off a part of the disbelievers or abase them so that they might go back frustrated.
