33:74
لِّيُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَٱلْمُشْرِكَٰتِ وَيَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًۢا
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
The result is that Allah will punish hypocritical men and hypocritical women, and idolatrous men and idolatrous women; and Allah turns in mercy to believing men and believing women; and Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
تاکہ اللہ منافق مَردوں اور منافق عورتوں اور مشرک مَردوں اور مشرک عورتوں کو عذاب دے اور تاکہ اللہ مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں پر توبہ قبول کرتے ہوئے جھکے۔ اور اللہ بہت بخشنے والا (اور) بار بار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
French
Il en résulte qu’Allāh châtiera les hommes hypocrites et les femmes hypocrites, et les hommes idolâtres et les femmes idolâtres, et qu'Allāh Se tourne avec clémence vers les croyants et les croyantes ; et Allāh est Très-Pardonnant, Miséricordieux.
German
(Die Folge ist) dass Allah Heuchler und Heuchlerinnen strafen wird sowie Götzendiener und Götzendienerinnen; und Allah kehrt Sich in Barmherzigkeit zu gläubigen Männern und gläubigen Frauen; denn Allah ist allverzeihend, barmherzig.

(委托人类这部经典重担的) 结果是, 安拉将惩罚伪信的男女和信仰多神的男女; [a]安拉将仁慈 (地关顾) 信仰的男女; 安拉确是最宽恕的, 永久仁慈的。

La conseguenza è che Allah punirà gli uomini e le donne ipocriti, e gli uomini e le donne idolatri. E Allah si volge con misericordia verso gli uomini e le donne credenti. E Allah è Colui che sommamente perdona, il Misericordioso.
Spanish
El resultado es que Al-lah castigará a los hombres y mujeres hipócritas, y a los hombres y mujeres idólatras; pero Al-lah se vuelve con misericordia a los hombres y mujeres creyentes; pues Al-lah es el Sumo Indulgente, Misericordioso.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
(ہمارے اس شریعت کے بوجھ لادنے کا) نتیجہ یہ ہوا کہ منافق مردوں اور منافق عورتوں اور مشرک مردوں اور مشرک عورتوں کو اللہ نے عذاب دیا۔ اور مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں پر فضل کیا اور اللہ ہے ہی بڑا بخشش کرنے والا (اور) باربار کرم کرنے والا۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
The consequence is that Allah will punish hypocritical men and hypocritical women, and idolatrous men and idolatrous women; [a]and Allah turns in mercy to believing men and believing women; and Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.

Commentary:
The verse means to say that with the revelation of the Shari‘ah the people became split up into two classes: (1) Those acting upon it came to be known as believers and received the favours and grace of God. (2) Those who rejected and defied it got the unenviable appellation of hypocrites and idolaters and were visited with Divine punishment.
اردو ترجمہ مودودی
اِس بار امانت کو اٹھانے کا لازمی نتیجہ یہ ہے کہ اللہ منافق مردوں اور عورتوں، اور مشرک مردوں اور عورتوں کو سزا دے اور مومن مَردوں اور عورتوں کی توبہ قبول کرے، اللہ درگزر فرمانے والا اور رحیم ہے
English - Sahih
[It was] so that Allah may punish the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the men and women who associate others with Him and that Allah may accept repentance from the believing men and believing women. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

تاکہ الله منافق مردوں اور منافق عورتوں اورمشرک مردوں اورمشرک عورتوں کو عذاب دے اور مومن مردوں اورمومن عورتوں پر مہربانی کرے اور الله معاف کرنے والا مہربان ہے
English - Talal Itani
So that Allah may punish the hypocrite men and the hypocrite women and the polytheist men and the polytheist women and Allah will turn (in Mercy) to the believing men and the believing women. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

That God may chastise the hypocrites, men and women alike, and the idolaters, men and women alike; and that God may turn again unto the believers, men and women alike. God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate.
