وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And it is equal to them whether thou warn them or warn them not: they will not believe.
