قَالَ رَبِّ اغۡفِرۡ لِیۡ وَلِاَخِیۡ وَاَدۡخِلۡنَا فِیۡ رَحۡمَتِکَ ۖ وَاَنۡتَ اَرۡحَمُ الرّٰحِمِیۡنَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

He (Moses) said, ‘My Lord, forgive me and my brother, and admit us to Thy mercy, and Thou art the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اس نے کہا اے میرے ربّ! مجھے بخش دے اور میرے بھائی کو بھی اور ہمیں اپنی رحمت میں داخل کر اور تُو رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

French

Moïse dit : « Mon Seigneur, pardonne-moi et pardonne à mon frère. Et admets-nous dans Ta miséricorde, car de tous ceux qui font miséricorde, Tu es le plus Miséricordieux. »

German

(Moses) sprach "Mein Herr, vergib mir und meinem Bruder und gewähre uns Zutritt zu Deiner Barmherzigkeit, denn Du bist der barmherzigste der Erbarmer."

Chinese

穆撒 (听了这话) 说: “我的养主啊! 求你宽恕我和我的弟兄, 把我们放置在你的仁慈之中吧! 你是最仁慈的。”

Italian

Mosè rispose: «Signore mio, perdona me e mio fratello e concedici la Tua misericordia, Tu che sei il più Misericordioso fra tutti quelli che mostrano misericordia.»

Spanish

Moisés dijo: “Señor Mío, perdónanos a mí y a mi hermano y admítenos en Tu misericordia, ya que Tú eres el más Misericordioso de cuantos muestran misericordia”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

(یہ سن کر موسیٰ نے) کہا۔ اے میرے رب! مجھ کو اور میرے بھائی کو بخش دے اور ہم دونوں کو اپنی رحمت میں داخل کردے اور تو رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے بڑا ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Moses said, ‘My Lord, forgive me and my brother, and admit us to Thy mercy and Thou art the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.’

English - Five Volume Translation

He (Moses) said, ‘My Lord, forgive me and my brother, and admit us to Thy mercy, and Thou art the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.’[1041]

Commentary:

Moses soon saw the innocence of Aaron, so he included him with himself in his prayer for God’s mercy.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

تب موسیٰؑ نے کہا "اے رب، مجھے اور میرے بھائی کو معاف کر اور ہمیں اپنی رحمت میں داخل فرما، تو سب سے بڑھ کر رحیم ہے"

English - Sahih

[Moses] said, "My Lord, forgive me and my brother and admit us into Your mercy, for You are the most merciful of the merciful."

کہا اے میرے رب مجھے اور میرے بھائی کو معاف فرما اور ہمیں اپنی رحمت میں داخل کر اور تو سب سے زيادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے

English - Talal Itani

He said, "O my Lord! Forgive me and my brother and admit us into Your Mercy, for You (are) the Most Merciful (of) the merciful."

He said, 'O my Lord, forgive me and my brother and enter us into Thy mercy; Thou art the most merciful of the merciful.'

Thereupon Moses said: 'O Lord! Grant forgiveness upon me and my brother and admit us to Your Mercy, for You are most merciful of the merciful.'
