اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ لَیَجۡمَعَنَّکُمۡ اِلٰی یَوۡمِ الۡقِیٰمَۃِ لَا رَیۡبَ فِیۡہِ ۗ وَمَنۡ اَصۡدَقُ مِنَ اللّٰہِ حَدِیۡثًا
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Allah is He beside Whom there is none worthy of worship. He will certainly continue to assemble you till the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. And who is more truthful in his word than Allah?
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اللہ!۔ اس کے سوا اور کوئی معبود نہیں۔ وہ ضرور تمہیں قیامت کے دن تک اکٹھا کرتا چلا جائے گا جس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔ اور اللہ سے زیادہ بیان میں اور کون سچا ہو سکتا ہے۔
French
Allāh ! En dehors de Lui, aucun n’est digne d’adoration. Il continuera assurément à vous rassembler jusqu’au Jour de la Résurrection, à propos duquel il n’y a aucun doute. Et qui plus qu’Allāh est fidèle à sa parole ?

¡Al-lah! fuera de Él no existe nada que merezca adoración. Él continuará ciertamente congregándoos hasta el Día de la Resurrección, sobre el cual no hay duda alguna. Pues ¿quién es más verídico en su palabra que Al-lah?
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اللہ (وہ ذات ہے کہ) اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں وہ تمہیں بلاشک و شبہ قیامت[1] کے دن تک جمع کرتا (چلا) جائے گا جس کے آنے میں کوئی شک نہیں اور اللہ سے بڑھ کر کس کی بات سچی (ہوسکتی) ہے۔
یعنی قیامت صُغریٰ (جو موت ہے) اس کے بعد ارواح کو محفوظ رکھے گا یہاں تک کہ قیامت کُبریٰ یعنی حشر کا دن آجائے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
Allah is He besides Whom there is none worthy of worship. He will certainly continue to assemble you till the Day of Resurrection about which there is no doubt. And who is more truthful in his word than Allah?

Allah is He besides Whom there is none worthy of worship. He will certainly continue to assemble you till the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. And who is more truthful in his word than Allah?[556]
Commentary:
Taking the particle الی (till) in the sense of فی (in or on for which see Lane), the clause لیجمعنکم الی یوم القیامة may also be rendered as, "He will certainly assemble you on the Day of Resurrection" but the more correct rendering is that given in the text, i.e. He will certainly (continue to) assemble you till the Day of Resurrection. The difference in meaning is obvious. People are born and die and will go on doing so till the Last Day. Thus the process of assembling is always going on and will continue till the Day of Resurrection, when God will call all to account.

اللہ وہ ہے جس کے سوا کوئی خدا نہیں ہے، وہ تم سب کو اُس قیامت کے دن جمع کرے گا جس کے آنے میں کوئی شبہہ نہیں، اور اللہ کی بات سے بڑھ کر سچی بات اور کس کی ہوسکتی ہے

Allah - there is no deity except Him. He will surely assemble you for [account on] the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. And who is more truthful than Allah in statement.

یعنی قیامت صُغریٰ (جو موت ہے) اس کے بعد ارواح کو محفوظ رکھے گا یہاں تک کہ قیامت کُبریٰ یعنی حشر کا دن آجائے۔

Commentary:

اور وہ لوگ جو ایمان لائے اور نیک اعمال بجا لائے ہم ضرور اُنہیں ایسی جنتوں میں داخل کریں گے جن کے دامن میں نہریں بہتی ہیں۔ وہ ہمیشہ ان میں رہنے والے ہیں۔ یہ اللہ کا سچّا وعدہ ہے۔ اور (اپنے) قول میں اللہ سے زیادہ سچا اَور کون ہے۔

Mais quant à ceux qui croient et font de bonnes œuvres, Nous les ferons entrer dans des Jardins sous lesquels coulent des ruisseaux, et ils y demeureront éternellement. Ceci est la promesse infaillible d’Allāh. Et qui peut rester plus fidèle à sa parole qu’Allāh ?

Die aber glauben und gute Werke tun, die wollen Wir in Gärten führen, durch welche Ströme fließen; darin sollen sie weilen auf ewig und immerdar. (Das ist) Allahs wahrhaftige Verheißung; und wer ist wahrhaftiger in der Rede als Allah?

But the ones who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. [It is] the promise of Allah, [which is] truth, and who is more truthful than Allah in statement.
