English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And whoso kills a believer intentionally, his reward shall be Hell wherein he shall abide. And Allah will be wroth with him and will curse him and will prepare for him a great punishment.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اور جو جان بوجھ کر کسی مومن کو قتل کرے تو اس کی جزا جہنّم ہے۔ وہ اس میں بہت لمبا عرصہ رہنے والا ہے۔ اور اللہ اس پر غضبناک ہوا اور اس پر لعنت کی، اور اس نے اس کے لئے بہت بڑا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے۔
French
Et quiconque tue un croyant à dessein recevra l’Enfer comme récompense, où il demeurera longtemps. Allāh sera courroucé contre lui, le maudira et préparera à son intention un très grand châtiment.

Y quien mate intencionadamente a un creyente, su recompensa será el Infierno, y en él morará. Y Al-lah le mostrará Su ira, lo maldecirá y le preparará un severo castigo.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور جو (شخص) کسی مومن کو دانستہ قتل کر دے تو اس کی سزا جہنم ہوگی۔ وہ اس میں دیر تک رہتا چلا جائے گا اور اللہ اس سے ناراض ہوگا اور اسے (اپنی جناب سے) دور کر دے گا اور اس کے لئے (بہت) بڑا عذاب تیار کرے گا۔

And [a]whoso kills a believer intentionally, his reward shall be Hell wherein he shall abide. And Allah shall be wroth with him and shall curse him and shall prepare for him a great punishment.[562]

Commentary:
The solidarity of Islam and the tie of brotherhood among believers have been made absolutely inviolable. One who knowingly kills a fellow Muslim is like one who kills a son of his own father under the very eyes of the latter. The father would have nothing to do with such a man.

رہا وہ شخص جو کسی مومن کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کرے تو اُس کی جزا جہنم ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا اس پر اللہ کا غضب اور اُس کی لعنت ہے اور اللہ نے اس کے لیے سخت عذاب مہیا کر رکھا ہے
English - Sahih
But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.

And whoso slays a believer wilfully, his recompense is Gehenna, therein dwelling forever, and God will be wroth with him and will curse him, and prepare for him a mighty chastisement.

Commentary:

اے نبی! جب مومن عورتیں تیرے پاس آئیں (اور) اس (امر) پر تیری بیعت کریں کہ وہ کسی کو اللہ کا شریک نہیں ٹھہرائیں گی اور نہ ہی چوری کریں گی اور نہ زنا کریں گی اور نہ اپنی اولاد کو قتل کریں گی اور نہ ہی (کسی پر) کوئی جھوٹا الزام لگائیں گی جسے وہ اپنے ہاتھوں اور پاؤں کے سامنے گھڑ لیں اور نہ ہی معروف (امور) میں تیری نافرمانی کریں گی تو تُو اُنکی بیعت قبول کر اور اُن کےلئے اللہ سے بخشش طلب کر۔ یقیناً اللہ بہت بخشنے والا (اور) بار بار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

Ô Prophète ! lorsque des croyantes viennent te prêter serment d’allégeance qu’elles n’associeront rien à Allāh, et qu’elles ne voleront pas, et ne commettront pas l’adultère, ni ne tueront leurs enfants, ni ne porteront de calomnie qu’elles auront elles mêmes inventée délibérément, ni ne te désobéiront en ce qui est juste, alors accepte leur allégeance et demande à Allāh de leur pardonner. En vérité, Allāh est Très-Pardonnant, Miséricordieux.

O Prophet! wenn gläubige Frauen zu dir kommen und dir den Treueid leisten, dass sie Allah nichts zur Seite stellen werden und dass sie weder stehlen noch Ehebruch begehen noch ihre Kinder töten noch eine Verleumdung vorbringen werden, die sie selbst wissentlich ersonnen, noch dir ungehorsam sein werden in dem, was recht ist, dann nimm ihren Treueid an und bitte Allah um Vergebung für sie. Wahrlich, Allah ist allvergebend, barmherzig.

In verità, Allah è colui che sommamente perdona, il Misericordioso.

¡Oh, Profeta! Cuando las mujeres creyentes se presenten ante ti, jurando lealtad en tus manos de que no asociarán nada a Al-lah, y que no robarán, no cometerán adulterio, no matarán a sus hijos, no presentarán una acusación escandalosa que hayan inventado deliberadamente ellas mismas, ni te desobedecerán en lo que es justo, acepta su compromiso y pide a Al-lah que les perdone. En verdad Al-lah es el Sumo Indulgente, Misericordioso.

اے نبی! جب تیرے پاس عورتیں مسلمان ہو کر آئیں اور بیعت کرنے کی خواہش کریں‘ اس شرط پر کہ وہ اللہ کا شریک کسی کو نہیں قرار دیں گی اور نہ ہی چوری کریں گی اور نہ ہی زنا کریں گی۔ اور نہ ہی اولاد کو قتل کریں گی اور نہ ہی کوئی جھوٹا بہتان کسی پر باندھیں گی۔ اور نیک باتوں میں تیری نافرمانی نہیں کریں گی۔ تو ان کی بیعت لے لیا کر‘ اور ان کے لئے استغفار کیا کر۔ اللہ بہت بخشنے والا (اور) بے حد رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

اے نبیؐ، جب تمہارے پاس مومن عورتیں بیعت کرنے کے لیے آئیں اور اس بات کا عہد کریں کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی چیز کو شریک نہ کریں گی، چوری نہ کریں گی، زنا نہ کریں گی، اپنی اولاد کو قتل نہ کریں گی، اپنے ہاتھ پاؤں کے آگے کوئی بہتان گھڑ کر نہ لائیں گی، اور کسی امر معروف میں تمہاری نافرمانی نہ کریں گی، تو ان سے بیعت لے لو اور اُن کے حق میں اللہ سے دعائے مغفرت کرو، یقیناً اللہ درگزر فرمانے والا اور رحم کرنے والا ہے

O Prophet, when the believing women come to you pledging to you that they will not associate anything with Allah, nor will they steal, nor will they commit unlawful sexual intercourse, nor will they kill their children, nor will they bring forth a slander they have invented between their arms and legs, nor will they disobey you in what is right - then accept their pledge and ask forgiveness for them of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

اے نبی جب آپ کے پاس ایمان والی عورتیں اس بات پر بیعت کرنے کو آئیں کہ الله کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ کرینگی اور نہ چوری کریں گی اور نہ زنا کریں گی اور نہ اپنی اولاد کو قتل کریں گی اور نہ بہتان کی اولاد لائیں گی جسے اپنے ہاتھوں اور پاؤں کے درمیان (نطفہٴ شوہر سے جنی ہوئی) بنا لیں اور نہ کسی نیک بات میں آپ کی نافرمانی کریں گی تو ان کی بیعت قبول کر اور ان کے لیے الله سے بخشش مانگ بے شک الله بخشنے والا نہایت رحم والا ہے
