مَنْ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُۥ حَيَوٰةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Whoso acts righteously, whether male or female, and is a believer, We will surely grant him a pure life; and We will surely bestow on such their reward according to the best of their works.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

مرد یا عورت میں سے جو بھی نیکیاں بجالائے بشرطیکہ وہ مومن ہو تو اُسے ہم یقیناً ایک حیاتِ طیّبہ کی صورت میں زندہ کردیں گے اور انہیں ضرور اُن کا اجر اُن کے بہترین اعمال کے مطابق دیں گے جو وہ کرتے رہے۔

French

Quiconque agit avec droiture, homme ou femme, et qui est croyant, Nous lui accorderons assurément une vie pure ; et Nous accorderons assurément leur récompense à ceux-là selon la meilleure de leurs œuvres.

German

Wer recht handelt, ob Mann oder Weib, und gläubig ist, dem werden Wir gewisslich ein reines Leben gewähren; und Wir werden gewisslich solchen ihren Lohn bemessen nach dem besten ihrer Werke.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

جو کوئی مومن ہونے کی حالت میں نیک اور مناسب حال عمل کرے گا مرد ہو کہ عورت ہم اس کو یقیناً ایک پاکیزہ زندگی عطا کریں گے اور ہم ان (تمام لوگوں) کو ان کے بہترین عمل کے مطابق (ان کے تمام اعمال صالحہ کا) بدلہ دیں گے۔

Commentary:

Whereas on the one hand the verse recognizes the equality of rights of men and women and promises both equal share in the favours that God will confer on them, on the other it tells disbelievers that, as they have degraded women, dominion and authority would be taken away from them and would be given to a people—Muslims—who will give women their due rights.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

جو شخص بھی نیک عمل کرے گا، خواہ وہ مرد ہو یا عورت، بشر طیکہ ہو وہ مومن، اسے ہم دنیا میں پاکیزہ زندگی بسر کرائیں گے اور (آخرت میں) ایسے لوگوں کو ان کے اجر ان کے بہترین اعمال کے مطابق بخشیں گے

English - Sahih

Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.

جس نے نیک کام کیا مرد ہو یا عورت اور وہ ایمان بھی رکھتا ہے تو ہم اسے ضروراچھی زندگی بسر کرائیں گے اور ان کا حق انہیں بدلےمیں دیں گے انکےاچھے کاموں کے عوض میں جو کرتے تھے
