لَّیۡسَ عَلَی الۡاَعۡمٰی حَرَجٌ وَّلَا عَلَی الۡاَعۡرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَّلَا عَلَی الۡمَرِیۡضِ حَرَجٌ ۗ وَمَنۡ یُّطِعِ اللّٰہَ وَرَسُوۡلَہٗ یُدۡخِلۡہُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ ۖ وَمَنۡ یَّتَوَلَّ یُعَذِّبۡہُ عَذَابًا اَلِیۡمًا
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
There is no blame on the blind, nor is there blame on the lame, nor is there blame on the sick, if they go not forth for fight. And whoso obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will make him enter the Gardens beneath which streams flow; but whoso turns his back, him will He punish with a grievous punishment.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اندھے پر کوئی حرج نہیں اور نہ لنگڑے پر کوئی حرج اور نہ مریض پر کوئی حرج ہے۔ اور جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرے گا وہ اسے ایسی جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے دامن میں نہریں بہتی ہیں۔ اور جو پیٹھ دکھا جائے گا وہ اسے بہت دردناک عذاب دے گا ۔
French
Il n’y aura aucun reproche à l’aveugle, ni aucun reproche au boiteux, ni aucun reproche au malade, s’ils ne partent pas au combat. Et quiconque obéit à Allāh et à Son Messager, Il l’admettra dans des Jardins sous lesquels coulent des rivières ; mais quiconque tournera le dos, Il le châtiera d’un châtiment douloureux.

Kein Tadel trifft den Blinden, noch trifft ein Tadel den Lahmen, noch trifft ein Tadel den Kranken (wenn sie nicht ausziehen). Und wer Allah und Seinem Gesandten gehorcht, den wird Er in Gärten führen, durch die Ströme fließen; doch wer den Rücken kehrt, den wird Er strafen mit schmerzlicher Strafe.

No tiene culpa el ciego, ni tiene culpa el cojo, ni tampoco el enfermo, si no se dirigen a la lucha. Mas a quien obedece a Al-lah y a Su Mensajero, Él lo hará entrar en los Jardines por los que corren ríos; pero a quien vuelva la espalda, Él lo castigará con un castigo severo.

نہ تو کسی اندھے پر سختی ہے اور نہ لنگڑے پر سختی ہے اور نہ مریض پر سختی ہے (کہ وہ باوجود معذوری کے لڑائی میں شامل ہوں) اور جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرے وہ اسے ایسی جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جس کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہیں اور جو (کوئی حکم سے) روگردانی کرے گا اللہ اسے دردناک عذاب دے گا۔

Commentary:
The disbelievers have repeatedly been threatened with "a grievous and burning punishment" in the Surah. This is to warn them that the terms of the Treaty of Hudaibiyyah over which they and their fellows had gloated, would prove for them an abiding source of ignominious heart-burning.

اگر اندھا اور لنگڑا اور مریض جہاد کے لیے نہ آئے تو کوئی حرج نہیں جو کوئی اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرے گا اللہ اسے اُن جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہوں گی، اور جو منہ پھیرے گا اسے وہ دردناک عذاب دے گا"
English - Sahih
There is not upon the blind any guilt or upon the lame any guilt or upon the ill any guilt [for remaining behind]. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger - He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow; but whoever turns away - He will punish him with a painful punishment.

نہ اندھے پر کچھ گناہ ہے اور نہ لنگڑے ہی پرکچھ گناہ ہے اور نہ بیمار ی پرکچھ گناہے ہے اور جوکوئی الله اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرے گا تو اسے ایسے باغوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی اور جو نافرمانی کرے گا اسے سخت سزا دے گا

There is no fault in the blind, and there is no fault in the lame, and there is no fault in the sick. And whosoever obeys God and His Messenger, He will admit him into gardens underneath which rivers flow; but whosoever turns his back, him He will chastise with a painful chastisement.
