قُلْ إِن كَانَتْ لَكُمُ ٱلدَّارُ ٱلْءَاخِرَةُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَالِصَةً مِّن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا۟ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Say: ‘If the abode of the Hereafter, with Allah, is solely for you to the exclusion of all other people, then wish for death, if you are truthful.’
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
تُو کہہ دے کہ اگر اللہ کے نزدیک آخرت کا گھر سب لوگوں کو چھوڑ کر صرف تمہارے ہی لئے ہے تو موت کی تمنا کرو، اگر تم سچے ہو۔
French
Dis-leur : « Si la Demeure de l’au-delà auprès d’Allāh vous est réservée à l’exclusion de tous les autres peuples alors souhaitez la mort, si vous êtes véridiques. »
German
Sprich: "Wenn die Wohnstatt im Jenseits bei Allah nur für euch ist, unter Ausschluss der anderen Menschen, dann wünschet den Tod, wenn ihr wahrhaft seid."
Chinese
你(对他们)说: [d]“如果在安拉看来, 后世的住所专为你们而别人无份, 那么, 如果你们 (的宣称) 是真实的, 你们就渴望死亡吧! ”
2:112; 62:7.

Dì: «Se l'abitazione dell'Aldilà, con Allah, è per voi soli ad esclusione di tutti gli altri, allora desiderate la morte, se siete veritieri.»
Spanish
Diles: “Si la morada del Más Allá, junto a Al-lah, es únicamente para vosotros, excluidos todos los demás pueblos, entonces desead la muerte, si sois veraces”.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
تو (ان سے) کہہ اگر اللہ کے نزدیک آخرت کا گھر (باقی) لوگوں کو چھوڑ کر صرف تمہارے ہی لئے ہے تو اگر تم (اس دعویٰ میں) سچے ہو تو موت[3] کی خواہش کرو۔
یعنی رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مباہلہ کرو۔ جیسا کہ سورۃ آل عمران آیت ۶۲ میں ہے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
Say, [c]‘If the abode of the Hereafter with Allah is solely for you to the exclusion of all other people, then wish for death, if you are truthful.’[122A]
2:112; 62:7.
The meaning is that if the Jews are convinced that they are justified in their claim that God will bestow His favours upon them alone, and that the Holy Prophet’s claim is false, then they should invoke death and destruction upon the liar.

اِن سے کہو کہ اگر واقعی اللہ کے نزدیک آخرت کا گھر تمام انسانوں کو چھوڑ کر صرف تمہارے ہی لیے مخصوص ہے، تب تو تمہیں چاہیے کہ موت کی تمنا کرو، اگر تم اپنے اس خیال میں سچے ہو
English - Sahih
Say, [O Muhammad], "If the home of the Hereafter with Allah is for you alone and not the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful.
