إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

To Pharaoh and his chiefs; but they behaved arrogantly and they were a haughty people.
