وَوَقَعَ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُوا۟ فَهُمْ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And the sentence shall fall upon them because they did wrong, and they will be speechless.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور ان پر فرمان صادر ہو جائے گا اس ظلم کی وجہ سے جو انہوں نے کیا۔ پس وہ (جواب میں) کچھ نہ بولیں گے۔

French

Et la sentence tombera sur eux parce qu’ils ont injustement agi, et ils seront incapables de parler.

German

Und der Spruch wird gegen sie fallen ob ihres Frevelns, und sie werden nicht reden.

Chinese

由于他们的不义, 不利于他们的预言将要实现, 他们将不能吐出任何言语。[956]

他们将没有力量来防范自己的罪行。对他们的指控是十分正确的, 而显示的迹象是不可能抵御的, 因此, 他们将遭受惩罚。

Italian

E cadrà su di loro la sentenza, per aver operato il male, ed essi non saranno in grado di parlare.

Spanish

Y la sentencia caerá sobre ellos porque obraron injustamente, y no serán capaces de hablar.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور ان کے ظلموں کی وجہ سے ان کے خلاف کی گئی پیشگوئی پوری ہو جائے گی۔ اور وہ کچھ بات[2] نہ کر سکیں گے۔

یعنی کوئی دلیل اپنی مخالفت کی پیش نہ کر سکیں گے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And the sentence shall come to pass against them because they did wrong, and they will be speechless.[2192]

They will not be able to put in defence of their misdeeds. The charge against them being quite true and manifest will be incapable of being defended, and so the sentence of punishment will be passed against them.

English - Five Volume Translation

And the sentence shall fall upon them because they did wrong, and they will be speechless.[2869]

Commentary:

The expression "they will be speechless" means, "they will not be able to put in a defence for their misdeeds." The charge against them being quite true and clear will be incapable of being defended and so the sentence of punishment will be passed against them.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اور ان کے ظلم کی وجہ سے عذاب کا وعدہ ان پر پورا ہو جائے گا، تب وہ کچھ بھی نہ بول سکیں گے

And the decree will befall them for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

اور ان کے ظلم سے ان پر الزام قائم ہو جائے گا پھر وہ بول بھی نہ سکیں گے

And (will be) fulfilled the word against them because they wronged, and they (will) not speak.

他们将没有力量来防范自己的罪行。对他们的指控是十分正确的, 而显示的迹象是不可能抵御的, 因此, 他们将遭受惩罚。

اردہ تفصیرِ صغیر نوٹس ^*

یعنی کوئی دلیل اپنی مخالفت کی پیش نہ کر سکیں گے۔

And the Word shall fall upon them because of the evil they committed, while they speak naught.

And the Word will come to pass against them because of their wrong-doing: they will then be able to utter nothing.
