29:27

۞ فَـَٔامَنَ لَهُۥ لُوطٌ ۘ وَقَالَ إِنِّى مُهَاجِرٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّىٓ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And Lot believed him; and Abraham said, ‘I take refuge with my Lord; surely He is the Mighty, the Wise.’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

پس لوط اس (یعنی ابراہیم) پر ایمان لے آیا۔ اور اس نے کہا کہ یقیناً میں اپنے ربّ کی طرف ہجرت کرکے جانے والا ہوں۔ یقیناً وہی کامل غلبہ والا (اور) حکمت والا ہے۔

Et Lot crut en lui, et Abraham dit : « Certainement j’émigre vers mon Seigneur ; assurément, Il est le Puissant, le Sage. »

German

Und Lot glaubte ihm; und (Abraham) sprach: "Ich fliehe zu meinem Herrn*; Er ist der Allmächtige, der Allweise."

然后鲁特信仰了他 (伊布拉欣), 他 (伊布拉欣) 说: “[a]我确将迁移到我的养主那里。他是优胜的, 明哲的。”

E Lot credette in lui, e Abramo disse: «Io mi rifugio presso il mio Signore. In verità, Egli è il Potente, il Sapiente.»

Lot creyó en él; y Abraham dijo: “Me refugio con mi Señor; en verdad, Él es el Poderoso, el Sabio”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اس (نصیحت) کے بعد لوط اُس پر ایمان لے آئے اور (ابراہیم نے) کہا‘ میں تو اپنے رب کی طرف ہجرت کرکے جانے والا[2] ہوں وہ یقیناً غالب (اور) بڑی حکمت والا ہے۔

یعنی ہجرت کے ارادہ کا اعلان کر دیا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And Lot believed in him, and Abraham said, [c]‘I flee unto my Lord; surely, He is the Mighty, the Wise.’

19:49.

English - Five Volume Translation

And Lot believed in him; and Abraham said, [b]‘I flee unto my Lord; surely, He is the Mighty, the Wise.’[2959]

Commentary:

The verse may mean that Abraham left his home in Ur in Iraq and migrated to Palestine, or the migration referred to in the verse may have been spiritual. As it appears from 19:49, 37:100 & 60:5, Abraham had, for some time, to sever all connections with his people on account of the severe opposition he met at their hands.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اُس وقت لوطؑ نے اُس کو مانا اور ابراہیمؑ نے کہا میں اپنے رب کی طرف ہجرت کرتا ہوں، وہ زبردست ہے اور حکیم ہے

English - Sahih

And Lot believed him. [Abraham] said, "Indeed, I will emigrate to [the service of] my Lord. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

پھر اس پر لوط ایمان لایا اور ابراھیم نے کہا بے شک میں اپنے رب کی طرف ہجرت کرنے والا ہوں بے شک وہ غالب حکمت والا ہے

English - Talal Itani

And believed [in] him Lut, and he said, "Indeed I (am) emigrating to my Lord. Indeed, He [He] (is) the All-Mighty, the All-Wise."
