So Allah gave them the reward of this world, as also an excellent reward of the Hereafter; and Allah loves those who do good.
The rewards of the next life are of various degrees, and such believers, as have been described above, will get the best of them. The word Husna rendered as "excellent" does not necessarily indicate superlative degree but is also used to express an intensified sense absolutely.
