So as to be ungrateful for what We have given them. So enjoy yourselves awhile, but soon you will come to know.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
تاکہ وہ اُس کی ناشکری کریں جو ہم نے انہیں عطا کیا۔ پس عارضی فائدہ اٹھا لو‘ عنقریب تم (اس کا نتیجہ) جان لو گے۔
French
De sorte qu’ils nient ce que Nous leur avons accordé. Jouissez donc pour un temps, mais bientôt vous allez savoir.

um das zu verleugnen, was Wir ihnen gegeben. Ergötzet euch denn eine Weile, bald jedoch werdet ihr es erfahren!

[c]结果是: 他们拒绝我所赐给他们的 (一切恩惠)。(于是他们被吩咐:) 你们要暂时的享受, 就享受吧! 你们即将知道 (自己的结局)。

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
جس کا نتیجہ[1] یہ ہوتا ہے کہ جو کچھ ہم نے ان کو دیا ہے وہ عملاً اس کا انکار کرنے لگ جاتے ہیں (تب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے۔ دنیا سے) جو کچھ فائدہ اٹھانا ہے اٹھا لو۔ کیونکہ[2] تم جلد ہی اپنا انجام دیکھ لو گے۔
یہاں ’’لام‘‘ ہے جس کے معنے ’’لئے‘‘ کے بھی ہوتے ہیں اور ’’نتیجہ‘‘کے بھی یعنی جس فقرہ پر وہ آئے وہ فقرہ پہلی بات کا نتیجہ ہوتا ہے۔
فَـاء کے معنے ’’کیونکہ‘‘ کے ہیں۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
[b]So that they begin to deny that which We have bestowed upon them. So enjoy yourselves awhile but soon you will come to know.
16:56; 29:67.
