33:59

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلُوا۟ بُهْتَٰنًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And those who malign believing men and believing women for what they have not earned shall bear the guilt of a calumny and a manifest sin.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور وہ لوگ جو مومن مَردوں اور مومن عورتوں کو اذیت پہنچاتے ہیں بغیر اُس (جرم) کے جو انہوں نے کمایا ہو تو انہوں نے ایک بڑے بہتان اور کھلم کھلا گناہ کا بوجھ اٹھالیا۔

French

Et ceux qui calomnient les croyants et les croyantes, pour ce qu’ils n’ont pas mérité porteront la culpabilité d’une calomnie et d’un péché manifeste.

German

Und diejenigen, die gläubige Männer und gläubige Frauen belästigen (wollen) unverdienterweise, laden gewisslich (die Schuld) der Verleumdung und offenkundige Sünde auf sich.

[b]凡诬蔑无辜的信仰男女者, 他们将负担诽谤 (的内疚) 和明显的罪恶。

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

وہ لوگ جو کہ مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں کو بغیر اس کے کہ انہوں نے کوئی قصور کیا ہو تکلیف دیتے ہیں ان لوگوں نے خطرناک جھوٹ اور کھلے کھلے گناہ کا بوجھ اپنے اوپر اٹھا لیا ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[b]And those, who malign believing men and believing women for what they have not earned, shall bear the guilt of a calumny and a manifest sin.

Commentary:

The word أذی which is infinitive noun from یؤذون means both annoying and maligning.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اور جو لوگ مومن مردوں اور عورتوں کو بے قصور اذیت دیتے ہیں اُنہوں نے ایک بڑے بہتان اور صریح گناہ کا وبال اپنے سر لے لیا ہے

English - Sahih

And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly born upon themselves a slander and manifest sin.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

اور جو ایمان دار مردوں اور عورتوں کو ناکردہ گناہوں پر ستاتے ہیں سو وہ اپنے سر بہتان اور صریح گناہ لیتے ہیں

And those who harm the believing men and the believing women for other than what they have earned, then certainly, they bear false accusation and sin manifest.
