۞ اُحۡشُرُوا الَّذِیۡنَ ظَلَمُوۡا وَاَزۡوٰجَہُمۡ وَمَا کَانُوۡا یَعۡبُدُوۡنَ

And it will be said to the angels, ‘Assemble those who acted wrongfully, along with their companions, and what they used to worship

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

ان لوگوں کو اکٹھا کرو جنہوں نے ظلم کئے اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو بھی اور ان کو بھی جن کی وہ عبادت کیا کرتے تھے۔

Et il sera dit aux anges : « Rassemblez ceux qui ont agi injustement, et leurs compagnons, et ce qu’ils adoraient

Agli angeli sarà detto: «Raccogliete quelli che agirono iniquamente, insieme ai loro compagni e a ciò che erano soliti adorare

Y se dirá a los ángeles: “Reunid a quienes actuaron inicuamente, junto con sus compañeros y aquello que solían adorar”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

(ہم فرشتوں سے کہیں گے کہ) جنہوں نے ظلم کیا تھا ان کو بھی اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو بھی اور اللہ کے سوا جن کی وہ عبادت کرتے تھے ان کو بھی زندہ کرکے کھڑا کر دو‘ پھر ان سب کو جہنم کے رستے کی طرف لے جاؤ۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[e]The angels will be commanded: ‘Assemble those who acted wrongfully along with their companions and what they used to worship

6:23.

English - Five Volume Translation

[a]And it will be said to the angels, ‘Assemble those who acted wrongfully, along with their companions, and what they used to worship[3288]

6:23; 10:29.

Commentary:

The present and the following several verses describe the condition respectively of believers and disbelievers in this life and the next. With this verse begins a description of the guilty disbelievers and their companions, comrades and associates. They are described as being hauled up and led to their place of punishment. The words "what they used to worship" refer to those leaders of disbelief to whom they gave blind and unquestioning obedience.

(حکم ہو گا) گھیر لاؤ سب ظالموں اور ان کے ساتھیوں اور اُن معبودوں کو جن کی وہ خدا کو چھوڑ کر بندگی کیا کرتے تھے

[The angels will be ordered], "Gather those who committed wrong, their kinds, and what they used to worship

انہیں جمع کر دو جنہوں نے ظلم کیا اور ان کی بیویوں کو اور جن کی وہ عبادت کرتے تھے
