4:94

وَمَنۡ یَّقۡتُلۡ مُؤۡمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآؤُہٗ جَہَنَّمُ خٰلِدًا فِیۡہَا وَغَضِبَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیۡہِ وَلَعَنَہٗ وَاَعَدَّ لَہٗ عَذَابًا عَظِیۡمًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And whoso kills a believer intentionally, his reward shall be Hell wherein he shall abide. And Allah will be wroth with him and will curse him and will prepare for him a great punishment.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور جو جان بوجھ کر کسی مومن کو قتل کرے تو اس کی جزا جہنّم ہے۔ وہ اس میں بہت لمبا عرصہ رہنے والا ہے۔ اور اللہ اس پر غضبناک ہوا اور اس پر لعنت کی، اور اس نے اس کے لئے بہت بڑا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے۔

French

Et quiconque tue un croyant à dessein recevra l’Enfer comme récompense, où il demeurera longtemps. Allāh sera courroucé contre lui, le maudira et préparera à son intention un très grand châtiment.

German

Und wer einen Gläubigen vorsätzlich tötet, dessen Lohn ist die Hölle, worin er bleiben soll. Allah wird ihm zürnen und ihn von Sich weisen und ihm schwere Strafe bereiten.

Chinese

[c]凡是故意杀死任何信仰者的, 对他的惩罚将是火狱, 他将长期居住其中。安拉将对他发怒, 将离弃他, 并将为他安排极大的惩戒。

25:69, 70.

Italian

Chi invece uccida un credente intenzionalmente, sua ricompensa sarà l'Inferno, dove resterà a lungo. E su di lui sarà la furia di Allah e la Sua maledizione, e (Allah) appresterà per lui un grande castigo.

Spanish

Y quien mate intencionadamente a un creyente, su recompensa será el Infierno, y en él morará. Y Al-lah le mostrará Su ira, lo maldecirá y le preparará un severo castigo.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور جو (شخص) کسی مومن کو دانستہ قتل کر دے تو اس کی سزا جہنم ہوگی۔ وہ اس میں دیر تک رہتا چلا جائے گا اور اللہ اس سے ناراض ہوگا اور اسے (اپنی جناب سے) دور کر دے گا اور اس کے لئے (بہت) بڑا عذاب تیار کرے گا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And [b]whoso slays a believer intentionally, his reward shall be Hell wherein he shall abide. And Allah shall be wroth with him and shall curse him and shall prepare for him a great punishment.

25:69, 70.

English - Five Volume Translation

And [a]whoso kills a believer intentionally, his reward shall be Hell wherein he shall abide. And Allah shall be wroth with him and shall curse him and shall prepare for him a great punishment.[562]

25:69-70.

Commentary:

The solidarity of Islam and the tie of brotherhood among believers have been made absolutely inviolable. One who knowingly kills a fellow Muslim is like one who kills a son of his own father under the very eyes of the latter. The father would have nothing to do with such a man.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

رہا وہ شخص جو کسی مومن کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کرے تو اُس کی جزا جہنم ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا اس پر اللہ کا غضب اور اُس کی لعنت ہے اور اللہ نے اس کے لیے سخت عذاب مہیا کر رکھا ہے

English - Sahih

But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.

اور جو کوئی کسی مسلمان کو جان کر قتل کرے اس کی سزا دوزخ ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا اس پر الله کا غضب اور اس کی لعنت ہے اور الله نے اس کےلیے بڑا عذاب تیا رکیا ہے

English - Talal Itani

And whoever kills a believer intentionally then his recompense (is) Hell, abiding forever in it and will fall the wrath (of) Allah on him and He (will) curse him and He has prepared for him a punishment great.

And whoso slays a believer wilfully, his recompense is Gehenna, therein dwelling forever, and God will be wroth with him and will curse him, and prepare for him a mighty chastisement.

English - Maududi

And he who slays a believer wilfully his reward is Hell, where he will abide. Allah's wrath is against him and He has cast His curse upon him, and has prepared for him a great chastisement.

English - Ahmed Ali

Any one who kills a believer intentionally will be cast into Hell to abide there for ever, and suffer God's anger and damnation. For him a greater punishment awaits.

English - Yusuf Ali

If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.
