41:38

وَمِنْ ءَايَٰتِهِ ٱلَّيْلُ وَٱلنَّهَارُ وَٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ ۚ لَا تَسْجُدُوا۟ لِلشَّمْسِ وَلَا لِلْقَمَرِ وَٱسْجُدُوا۟ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَهُنَّ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And among His Signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. Prostrate not yourselves before the sun, nor before the moon, but prostrate yourselves before Allah, Who created them, if it is Him Whom you really worship.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور اُس کے نشانات میں سے رات اور دن اور سورج اور چاند ہیں۔ نہ سورج کو سجدہ کرو اور نہ چاند کو۔ اور اللہ کو سجدہ کرو جس نے انہیں پیدا کیا اگر تم صرف اُسی کی عبادت کرتے ہو۔

French

Et parmi Ses Signes sont la nuit et le jour et le soleil et la lune. Ne vous prosternez pas devant le soleil, ni devant la lune ; mais prosternez-vous devant Allāh, Qui les a créés, si c’est Lui que vous adorez réellement.

Unter Seinen Zeichen sind die Nacht und der Tag und die Sonne und der Mond. Werfet euch nicht vor der Sonne anbetend nieder und auch nicht vor dem Mond, sondern werfet euch anbetend nieder vor Allah, Der sie erschuf, wenn Er es ist, Den ihr verehren möchtet.

[b]夜、昼、日、月都是他的迹象。假如你们只是崇拜安拉的人, 那么, 你们不要向日叩头, 也不要向月亮叩头, 而要向创造它俩的安拉叩头。

Italian

E tra i Suoi segni ci sono la notte e il giorno, e il sole e la luna. Non prostratevi al sole, né alla luna, ma prostratevi davanti ad Allah, che li ha creati, se è Lui che veramente adorate.

Spanish

Entre Sus signos están la noche y el día, y el sol y la luna. No os postréis ante el sol ni ante la luna, sino ante Al-lah, Quien los ha creado, si es a Él a Quien realmente adoráis.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور اس کے نشانوں میں سے رات بھی ہے اور دن بھی اور سورج بھی ہے اور چاند بھی۔ نہ سورج کو سجدہ کرو نہ چاند کو۔ بلکہ صرف اللہ کو جس نے ان دونوں کو پیدا کیا ہے‘ سجدہ کرو اگر تم پکے موحد ہو۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[a]And of His Signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. Prostrate not yourselves before the sun, nor before the moon, but prostrate yourselves before Allah, Who created them, if it is Him Whom you really worship.

[b]And among His Signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. Prostrate not yourselves before the sun, nor before the moon, but prostrate yourselves before Allah, Who created them, if it is Him Whom you really worship.[3587]

Commentary:

The present and the next two verses furnish an argument in support of God’s Unity and Almightiness—two most important Divine attributes related to creation.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اللہ کی نشانیوں میں سے ہیں یہ رات اور دن اور سورج اور چاند سورج اور چاند کو سجدہ نہ کرو بلکہ اُس خدا کو سجدہ کرو جس نے انہیں پیدا کیا ہے اگر فی الواقع تم اُسی کی عبادت کرنے والے ہو

English - Sahih

And of His signs are the night and day and the sun and moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon, but prostate to Allah, who created them, if it should be Him that you worship.

اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے رات اور دن اور سورج اور چاند ہیں سورج کو سجدہ نہ کرو اور نہ چاند کو اور اس الله کو سجدہ کرو جس نے انہیں پیدا کیا ہے اگر تم اسی کی عبادت کرتے ہو
