فَاِمَّا نَذۡہَبَنَّ بِکَ فَاِنَّا مِنۡہُمۡ مُّنۡتَقِمُوۡنَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And if We take thee away, We shall surely exact retribution from them,

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

پس اگر ہم تجھے لے بھی جائیں تو ان سے ہم بہرحال انتقام لینے والے ہیں۔

French

Et si Nous t’enlevons, alors Nous tirerons assurément vengeance d’eux,

German

Und sollten Wir dich hinwegnehmen, Wir werden sicherlich an ihnen Vergeltung üben.

Chinese

[f]即使我让你去世, 那么, 我将来仍然要惩治他们。

E anche se Noi ti togliamo da questo mondo, Ci vendicheremo su di essi.

Mas si te lleváramos, les exigiremos ciertamente su retribución,

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

پس اگر ہم تجھ کو اس دنیا سے لے بھی جائیں (یعنی وفات دے دیں) تو بھی ہم ان سے بدلہ ضرور لیں گے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[a]And if We take thee away from this world, We shall nevertheless take vengeance upon them;

13:41; 40:78.

English - Five Volume Translation

[d]And if We take thee away, We shall nevertheless exact retribution from them,[3668A]

Commentary:

This verse, like several other verses of the Quran, shows that Divine punishment was to come upon the disbelievers after the Holy Prophet had departed from among them; and so it came to pass.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اب تو ہمیں اِن کو سزا دینی ہے خواہ تمہیں دنیا سے اٹھا لیں

English - Sahih

And whether [or not] We take you away [in death], indeed, We will take retribution upon them.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

پس اگر ہم آپ کو (دنیا سے) اٹھالیں تو بھی ہم ان سے بدلہ لیں گے

And whether We take you away, then indeed, We, from them (will) take retribution.
