سُبْحَٰنَ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Holy is Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, and He is free from all that which they attribute to Him.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

پاک ہے آسمانوں اور زمین کا ربّ، ربُّ العرش، اُس سے جو وہ بیان کرتے ہیں۔

French

Saint est Allāh, le Seigneur des cieux et de la terre, le Seigneur du Trône, bien au-dessus de tout ce qu’ils Lui attribuent.

German

Der Herr der Himmel und der Erde, der Herr des Thrones, ist frei von all dem, was sie behaupten.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

آسمانوں اور زمین کا رب اور عرش کا رب ان سب (صفات شرکیہ) سے پاک ہے جو مشرک بیان کرتے ہیں۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Holy is Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, far above that which they attribute to Him.

English - Five Volume Translation

Holy is Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, far above that which they attribute to Him.[3693]

Commentary:

The verse gives two very strong arguments to support the doctrine of the Unity of God: (a) Allah is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. (b) He is the Lord of the Throne. The possession of these attributes by God fully negatives the need of having a son. If God could create the whole universe and could govern and control it alone, what need had He to have a son? See also 2:117-118.

پاک ہے آسمانوں اور زمین کا فرماں روا عرش کا مالک، اُن ساری باتوں سے جو یہ لوگ اُس کی طرف منسوب کرتے ہیں
