Has He only daughters and you have sons?
It is repugnant, says the verse, to God’s Unity that He should have even a son, and yet the disbelievers have the hardihood to assign to Him daughters whose birth is considered as a mark of humiliation and disgrace for them.

It is repugnant (says the verse) to God’s Unity, that He should be attributed with having even a son, and yet the disbelievers have the hardihood to assign to Him daughters whose birth is considered by them a mark of humiliation and disgrace.
