فَفَتَحْنَآ أَبْوَٰبَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَآءٍ مُّنْهَمِرٍ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Thereupon We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring down;

تب ہم نے مسلسل برسنے والے پانی کی صورت میں آسمان کے دَر کھول دیئے۔

Là-dessus, Nous ouvrîmes les portes du ciel pour que tombe une eau torrentielle ;

So öffneten Wir die Tore des Himmels dem sich ergießenden Wasser,

我随即开放了天门, 降下了倾盆大雨;

Al che Noi aprimmo i cancelli del cielo, con acqua che cadde a torrenti,

Al punto abrimos las puertas del cielo, vertiendo un agua torrencial;

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

جس پر ہم نے بادل کے دروازے ایک جوش سے بہنے والے پانی کے ذریعہ سے کھول دئیے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Thereupon We opened the gates of heaven with water which fell in torrents;

English - Five Volume Translation

Thereupon We opened the gates of heaven with water pouring down;[4015]

Important Words:

منھمر (pouring down) is derived from ھمر. They say ھمر الماء i.e. he poured out the water. ھمر العین بالدمع means, the eyes flowed with tears. انھمر الماء means, the water poured out and flowed (Aqrab).

تب ہم نے موسلا دھار بارش سے آسمان کے دروازے کھول دیے اور زمین کو پھاڑ کر چشموں میں تبدیل کر دیا
