59:14

لَاَنۡتُمۡ اَشَدُّ رَہۡبَۃً فِیۡ صُدُوۡرِہِمۡ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ ۚ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّہُمۡ قَوۡمٌ لَّا یَفۡقَہُوۡنَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Of a truth, they have greater fear of you in their hearts than of Allah. That is because they are a people who are devoid of all reason.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

تم یقیناً اُنکے سینوں میں خوف طاری کرنے کے اعتبار سے اللہ سے زیادہ سخت (دکھائی دیتے) ہو۔ یہ اس وجہ سے ہے کہ وہ ایک ایسی قوم ہیں جو سمجھتے نہیں۔

French

En vérité, ils ont dans le cœur une crainte plus grande de vous que d’Allāh. C’est parce qu’ils sont un peuple qui ne comprend pas.

German

Wahrlich, sie hegen größere Furcht vor euch in ihren Herzen als vor Allah. Dies, weil sie ein Volk sind, das nicht begreift.

(信仰的人啊!)在他们 (伪信者) 的心中[b]你们比安拉更可怕。这是因为他们不是理解的民族。

Sicuramente, nei loro cuori nutrono più timore per voi che per Allah. Ciò perché è gente che non capisce.

Seguramente sienten en sus corazones un mayor temor a vosotros que a Al-lah. Esto es porque son un pueblo desprovisto de toda razón.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

(۔اے مومنو)! تمہارا ڈر ان (منافقوں) کے دل میں اللہ سے بھی زیادہ ہے یہ بات اس لئے ہے کہ وہ ایک ایسا گروہ ہے جو سمجھ سے عاری ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Assuredly, they have greater [b]fear of you in their hearts than of Allah. That is because they are a people who understand not.

4:78

English - Five Volume Translation

Of a truth, they have greater fear of you in their hearts than of Allah.[b] That is because they are a people who are devoid of all reason.

4:78.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اِن کے دلوں میں اللہ سے بڑھ کر تمہارا خوف ہے، اس لیے کہ یہ ایسے لوگ ہیں جو سمجھ بوجھ نہیں رکھتے

English - Sahih

You [believers] are more fearful within their breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who do not understand.

البتہ تمہارا خوف ان کے دلوں میں الله (کے خوف) سے زیادہ ہے یہ اس لیے کہ وہ لوگ سمجھتے نہیں

Certainly you (are) more intense (in) fear in their breasts than Allah. That (is) because they (are) a people (who do) not understand.
