65:8

لِيُنفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِّن سَعَتِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُۥ فَلْيُنفِقْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ ۚ لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَآ ءَاتَىٰهَا ۚ سَيَجْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Let him who has abundance of means spend out of his abundance. And let him whose means of subsistence are straitened spend out of what Allah has given him. Allah burdens not any soul beyond that which He has given it. Allah will soon bring about ease after hardship.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

چاہئے کہ صاحبِ حیثیت اپنی حیثیت کے مطابق خرچ کرے اور جس پر اُس کا رزق تھوڑا کردیا گیا ہو تو جو بھی اُسے اللہ نے دیا ہے وہ اس میں سے خرچ کرے۔ اللہ ہرگز کسی جان کو اس سے بڑھ کر جو اُس نے اُسے دیا ہو تکلیف نہیں دیتا۔ اللہ ضرور ہر تنگی کے بعد ایک آسانی پیدا کردیتا ہے۔

French

Que celui qui a une abondance de biens dépense de son abondance. Et que celui dont les ressources sont restreintes, dépense selon ce qu’Allāh lui a donné. Allāh ne charge aucune âme au-delà de ce qu’Il lui a donné. Allāh apportera bientôt l’aisance après les difficultés.

German

Jener, der Fülle hat, soll aus seiner Fülle aufwenden; Und der, dessen Mittel beschränkt sind, soll aufwenden gemäß dem, was ihm Allah gegeben hat. Allah fordert von keiner Seele über das hinaus, was Er ihr gegeben hat. Allah wird nach Bedrängnis bald Erleichterung schaffen.

[b]让富有的人, 依照他的财富花费, 让生计拮据的人花费安拉所给予他的。安拉不给任何人超过他赐予的力量所不及的担子。在困难以后, 安拉即将使之容易。

Italian

Chi ha abbondanza di mezzi dispensi della sua abbondanza. E chi ha mezzi di sussistenza limitati, dispensi di ciò che Allah ha concesso a lui. Allah non impone ad alcuna anima un carico al di là di quello che Egli le ha concesso. Allah presto porterà il sollievo dopo l'avversità.

Spanish

Que quien tenga medios abundantes emplee de su abundancia. Y aquel cuyos medios de subsistencia sean escasos, emplee de lo que Al-lah le haya entregado. Al-lah no carga a ningún alma más allá de lo que le ha proporcionado. Al-lah hará que pronto llegue el alivio tras la dureza.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

چاہیے کہ مال دار مرد (دودھ پلانے والی عورت پر) اپنی طاقت کے مطابق خرچ کرے۔ اور جو مالدار نہیں ہے وہ اللہ کے دئے کے مطابق خرچ کرے اللہ کسی نفس کو ایسے احکام نہیں دیتا جو اس کی طاقت سے بڑھ کر ہوں بلکہ ایسے ہی احکام دیتا ہے جن کے پورا کرنے کی توفیق بھی ان کو بخشی ہو۔ چنانچہ اگر کوئی شخص خدا کے حکم پر عمل کرتے ہوئے دودھ پلانے والی عورت کی مزدوری صحیح طور پر دے گا تو اگر وہ تنگی کی حالت میں بھی ہے تو اللہ اس کے بعد اس کے لئے فراخی کی حالت پیدا کر دے گا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[a]Let him who has abundance of means spend out of his abundance. And let him whose means of subsistence are straitened spend out of what Allah has given him. Allah burdens not any soul beyond that which He has bestowed upon it. Allah will soon bring about ease after hardship.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

خوشحال آدمی اپنی خوشحالی کے مطابق نفقہ دے، اور جس کو رزق کم دیا گیا ہو وہ اُسی مال میں سے خرچ کرے جو اللہ نے اسے دیا ہے اللہ نے جس کو جتنا کچھ دیا ہے اس سے زیادہ کا وہ اُسے مکلف نہیں کرتا بعید نہیں کہ اللہ تنگ دستی کے بعد فراخ دستی بھی عطا فرما دے

English - Sahih

Let a man of wealth spend from his wealth, and he whose provision is restricted - let him spend from what Allah has given him. Allah does not charge a soul except [according to] what He has given it. Allah will bring about, after hardship, ease.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

مقدور والا اپنے مقدور کے موافق خرچ کرے اور اگر تنگ دست ہو تو جو کچھ الله نے اسے دیا ہے اس میں سے خرچ کرے الله کسی کو تکلیف نہیں دیتا مگر اسی قدر جو اسے دے رکھا ہے عنقریب الله تنگی کے بعد آسانی کر دے گا

English - Talal Itani

Let spend owner (of) ample means from his ample means, and (he) who, is restricted on him his provision, let him spend from what he has been given (by) Allah. Does not burden Allah any soul except (with) what He has given it. Will bring about Allah after hardship ease.

English - Arberry

Let the man of plenty expend out of his plenty. As for him whose provision is stinted to him, let him expend of what God has given him. God charges no soul save with what He has given him. God will assuredly appoint, after difficulty, easiness.

English - Maududi

Whoever has abundant means, let him spend according to his means; and he whose means are straitened, let him spend out of what Allah has given him. Allah does not burden any human being beyond the means that He has bestowed upon him. Possibly Allah will grant ease after hardship.

Let the man of means spend according to his means, and he whose means are limited, should spend of what God has given him. God does not burden a soul beyond what He has given him. God will bring ease after hardship.
