English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

They said, ‘O Moses, either throw thou first, or we shall be the first throwers.’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

انہوں نے کہا اے موسیٰ! یا تو تُو (پہلے) پھینک یا ہم (پہلے) پھینکنے والے بنیں۔

French

Ils dirent : « Ô Moïse, ou bien tu jetteras le premier ou bien nous serons les premiers à jeter ? »

German

Sie sprachen: "O Mose, entweder wirf du oder wir werfen (zuerst)."

Chinese

[g]他们说: “穆撒啊! 你先投掷, 还是我们先投掷呢?”

Italian

Essi dissero: «O Mosè, o tiri tu per primo, o saremo noi i primi a tirare?»

Spanish

Dijeron: “Oh, Moisés, arroja tú primero o bien lo hacemos nosotros”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

انہوں نے کہا اے موسیٰ! کیا تو پہلے پھینکے گا یا ہم (پہلے) پھینکنے کی جرأت کریں۔

[f]They said, ‘O Moses, wilt thou throw first or shall we be the first throwers?’[1027]

[f]They said, ‘O Moses, either throw thou first, or we shall be the first throwers.’[1007]

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

پھر اُنہوں نے موسیٰؑ سے کہا "تم پھینکتے ہو یا ہم پھینکیں؟"

They said, "O Moses, either you throw [your staff], or we will be the ones to throw [first]."

کہا اے موسیٰ یا تو تو ڈال یا ہم ڈالتے ہیں

They said, "O Musa! Whether [that] you throw or Whether [that] we will be [we] the ones to throw?"
