اوپر جو مومنوں کا حال بیان کیا گیا ہے وہ تو دنیوی فتوحات اور اخروی نعماء کا ہے۔ اس کے مقابلہ میں کفار کا حال دنیا میں اس طرح گذرا ہے کہ وہ مومنوں سے ہنسی ٹھٹھا کرنے میں ہی اپنا وقت گذار دیتے تھے۔
