ٱلْأَعْرَابُ أَشَدُّ كُفْرًا وَنِفَاقًا وَأَجْدَرُ أَلَّا يَعْلَمُوا۟ حُدُودَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
The Arabs of the desert are the worst in disbelief and hypocrisy, and most apt not to know the ordinances of the Revelation which Allah has sent down to His Messenger. And Allah is All-Knowing, Wise.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
بادیہ نشین کفر اور منافقت میں سب سے زیادہ سخت ہیں اور زیادہ رجحان رکھتے ہیں کہ جو کچھ اللہ نے اپنے رسول پر نازل کیا ہے اس کی حدود کو نہ پہچانیں اور اللہ دائمی علم رکھنے والا (اور) بہت حکمت والا ہے۔

Les Arabes du désert sont les pires en fait de mécréance et d’hypocrisie, et les plus portés à ignorer les décrets de la Révélation qu’Allāh a transmis à Son Messager ; et Allāh est Omniscient, Sage.

Die Wüstenaraber sind die Allerverstocktesten in Unglauben und Heuchelei und sind eher dazu geneigt, die Vorschriften nicht zu kennen, die Allah Seinem Gesandten offenbart hat. Und Allah ist allwissend, allweise.

Los moradores del desierto son los peores en incredulidad e ipocresía, y la mayoría no son aptos para conocer los decretos de la Revelación que Al-lah ha revelado a Su Mensajero. Pues Al-lah es el Omnisciente, Sabio.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
دیہات (اور جنگلوں) میں رہنے والے عرب کفر اور نفاق میں (سب عربوں سے) بڑھے ہوئے ہیں۔ اور (جہالت کی وجہ سے) اس کے مستحق ہیں کہ جو اللہ نے اپنے رسول پر اتارا ہے اس کی حدود کو نہ پہچانیں اور اللہ بہت جاننے والا (اور) بڑی حکمت والا ہے۔

Important Words:
اجدر (most apt) is derived from جدر which means, he or it was adapted, apt, suited, competent or worthy. They say جدرہ i.e. he made it or him adapted, apt, competent or worthy. One would say ما اجدرہ بالخیر i.e. how fit or suitable or adapted is he for what is good (Lane & Aqrab).

یہ بدوی عرب کفر و نفاق میں زیادہ سخت ہیں اور ان کے معاملہ میں اس امر کے امکانات زیادہ ہیں کہ اس دین کے حدود سے نا واقف رہیں جو اللہ نے اپنے رسول پر نازل کیا ہے اللہ سب کچھ جانتا ہے اور حکیم و دانا ہے
English - Sahih
The bedouins are stronger in disbelief and hypocrisy and more likely not to know the limits of what [laws] Allah has revealed to His Messenger. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

گنوار کفر اور نفاق میں بہت سخت ہیں اور اس قابل ہیں کہ جو احکام الله نے اپنے رسول پر نازل فرمائے ہیں ان سے واقف نہ ہوں اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے

The bedouins (are) stronger (in) disbelief and hypocrisy, and more likely that not they know (the) limits (of) what Allah (has) revealed to His Messenger. And Allah (is) All-Knower, All-Wise.

The Bedouins are more stubborn in unbelief and hypocrisy, and apter not to know the bounds of what God has sent down on His Messenger; and God is All-knowing, All-wise.

The bedouin Arabs surpass all in unbelief and hypocrisy and are most likely to be unaware of the limits prescribed by Allah in what He has revealed to His Messenger. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
