قَالَ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَآ أَنزَلَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِلَّا رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ بَصَآئِرَ وَإِنِّى لَأَظُنُّكَ يَٰفِرْعَوْنُ مَثْبُورًا
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
He said, ‘Thou knowest well that none has sent down these Signs but the Lord of the heavens and the earth as so many evidences; and I certainly think thee, O Pharaoh, to be a ruined man.’

اس نے کہا تُو جان چکا ہے کہ یہ نشانات جو بصیرت افروز ہیں آسمانوں اور زمین کے ربّ کے سوا کسی نے نہیں اُتارے اور اے فرعون! میں تجھے یقیناً ہلاک شدہ سمجھتا ہوں۔

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اس نے جواب دیا (کہ) تجھے یقیناً علم ہو چکا ہے کہ ان (نشانات) کو صرف آسمانوں اور زمین کے رب نے بصیرت بخشنے والا بنا کر اتارا ہے اور اے فرعون! میں تیری نسبت یقین رکھتا ہوں کہ تو (اپنے بدارادوں میں) ناکام و نامراد ہوگا۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
He said, ‘Thou knowest well that none has sent down these Signs but the Lord of the heavens and the earth as so many evidences; and I certainly consider thee, O Pharaoh, to be doomed to perish.’
English - Five Volume Translation
He said, ‘Thou knowest well that none has sent down these Signs but the Lord of the heavens and the earth as so many evidences; and I certainly think thee, O Pharaoh, to be a ruined man.’[2031]
Commentary:
Pharaoh spoke of Moses as a victim of deception (v. 102), in order to lower him in the estimation of his people and to weaken his cause. But Moses warned Pharaoh that he would not succeed in his object because his people would certainly believe in him (Moses) and Pharaoh himself would come to a miserable end. The verse, in fact, implies a warning to the Meccans that, like Pharaoh who tried to defame and decry Moses, they would call the Holy Prophet a cheat and a victim of deception but like Pharaoh they would also fail in their designs and the Prophet would succeed.

موسیٰؑ نے اس کے جواب میں کہا "تو خوب جانتا ہے کہ یہ بصیرت افروز نشانیاں رب السماوات و الارض کے سوا کسی نے نازل نہیں کی ہیں، اور میرا خیال یہ ہے کہ اے فرعون، تو ضرور ایک شامت زدہ آدمی ہے"

Commentary:
