وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا ضَلَلْنَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَءِنَّا لَفِى خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍۭ ۚ بَلْ هُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمْ كَٰفِرُونَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And they say, ‘What! when we are lost in the earth, shall we then become a new creation?’ Nay, but they are disbelievers in the meeting of their Lord.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اور وہ کہتے ہیں کہ کیا جب ہم زمین میں گُم ہو جائیں گے تو کیا پھر بھی ہم ضرور ایک نئی تخلیق میں (مبتلا) ہوں گے۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ وہ تو اپنے ربّ کی لِقاء ہی سے منکر ہیں۔
French
Et ils disent : « Comment ! Quand nous sommes perdus dans la terre, deviendrons-nous alors réellement une nouvelle création ? » Mais pire ils ne croient pas à la rencontre avec leur Seigneur.

Und sie sprechen: "Wie! wenn wir in der Erde verloren sind, sollen wir dann in neuer Schöpfung sein?" Nein, vielmehr glauben sie an die Begegnung mit ihrem Herrn nicht.

Ellos dicen: “¡Cómo! cuando estemos perdidos en la tierra, ¿vamos acaso a convertirnos en una nueva creación?”. No, no son mas que incrédulos en la reunión con su Señor.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور وہ کہتے ہیں کہ کیا جب ہم زمین میں کھوئے جائیں گے تو ہمیں ایک نئی مخلوق کی شکل میں کھڑا کر دیا جائے گا (یہ لوگ اس نئی پیدائش کے منکر نہیں) بلکہ اپنے رب کی ملاقات کے منکر[4] ہیں۔
یعنی اگر خالی مرنے کے بعد اٹھنے کی تعلیم ہوتی تو بڑے شوق سے مان لیتے مگر چونکہ خداتعالیٰ کے سامنے پیش ہونے اور جزا سزا کا ذکر ہے اس لئے منکر ہوتے ہیں۔

And they say, ‘What! when we are lost in the earth, shall we then be raised up in the form of a new creation?’ Nay, [a]but they disbelieve in the meeting with their Lord.[3066]

Commentary:
The argument has been put forward again and again in the Quran that if God can create and develop from mere earth a wonderful creation, He can also give man a new life after he is dead.
اردو ترجمہ مودودی
اور یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں: "جب ہم مٹی میں رَل مِل چکے ہوں گے تو کیا ہم پھر نئے سرے سے پیدا کیے جائیں گے؟" اصل بات یہ ہے کہ یہ اپنے رب کی ملاقات کے منکر ہیں
English - Sahih
And they say, "When we are lost within the earth, will we indeed be [recreated] in a new creation?" Rather, they are, in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord, disbelievers.

اور کہتے ہیں کہ ہم جب زمین میں نیست و نابود ہو گئے تو کیا پھر نئے سرے سے پیدا ہوں گے بلکہ وہ اپنے رب سے ملنے کے منکر ہیں
