فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

The expression, 'Surely, there is ease after hardship,' has been repeated twice. These verses also indicate that the hardships with which the Holy Prophet and Muslims are faced are temporary, but their successes will be permanent and ever-expanding.

Commentary:
The verse holds a message of hope and good cheer for the Holy Prophet. He is comforted with the assurance that whenever Islam would be in difficulty, God would raise a Reformer from among his followers who would restore to it its former glory and greatness. یُسْر یعنی کامیابی کا لفظ نکرہ بیان کیا ہے اور اس طرف اشارہ کیا ہے کہ وہ باربار آئے گی مگر عُسْر یعنی تنگی کو معرفہ بیان کیا ہے یعنی وہ ایک مقررہ وقت تک رہ کر ہٹ جائے گی۔ اس آیت میں یہ پیشگوئی کی گئی ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر کوئی تکلیف ایسی نہیں آئے گی جو دائمی کہلا سکے۔ لیکن آرام کی گھڑیاں ایسی آئیں گی جو دائمی کہلا سکیں گی۔ چنانچہ مکّہ اور عرب کے لوگ آٹھ سال کے عرصہ میں تباہ ہو گئے‘ لیکن رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب مکّہ فتح کیا اور اسلامی حکومت کی بنیاد پڑی اور مسلمانوں کے لئے آسانی کا راستہ کھلا‘ تو یہ حکومت مختلف شکلوں میں بدلتی ہوئی چ
