As man has been endowed with discretion and free will, he must bear the responsibility of his actions. The disbelievers persistently refuse to see the truth with the result that they become totally deprived of the power to see it. This is also the significance of the words, 'We shall put a seal on their mouths,' in the immediately preceding verse.

یعنی اسے کہا کہ انہیں شہر سے نکال دو۔
