یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَلۡتَنۡظُرۡ نَفۡسٌ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ لِغَدٍ ۖ وَّاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ ۚ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ خَبِیۡرٌۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
O ye who believe! fear Allah; and let every soul look to what it sends forth for the morrow. And fear Allah; verily Allah is Well-Aware of what you do.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اے وہ لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو! اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو اور ہر جان یہ نظر رکھے کہ وہ کل کے لئے کیا آگے بھیج رہی ہے۔ اور اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو۔ یقیناً اللہ اس سے جو تم کرتے ہو ہمیشہ باخبر رہتا ہے۔
French
Ô vous qui croyez ! craignez Allāh ; et que chaque âme s’occupe de ce qu’elle envoie en avant pour le lendemain. Et craignez Allāh ; en vérité, Allāh est Très-Conscient de ce que vous faites.
German
O die ihr glaubt, fürchtet Allah; und eine jede Seele schaue nach dem, was sie für morgen vorausschickt. Und fürchtet Allah; Allah ist wohl kundig dessen, was ihr tut.

信仰的人啊! 要敬畏安拉, 每人都要检讨自己为明天已经做了些什么。要敬畏安拉, 安拉的确深知你们所做的行为。

O voi che credete! Temete Allah! E ogni anima consideri ciò che manda avanti per il domani. E temete Allah. In verità, Allah è ben Consapevole di quello che fate.
Spanish
¡Oh vosotros, los creyentes! Temed a Al-lah; y que cada alma considere lo que prepara para el mañana. Temed a Al-lah; pues en verdad Al-lah conoce muy bien lo que hacéis.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اے مومنو! اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو‘ اور چاہیے کہ ہر جان اس بات پر نظر رکھے کہ اس نے کل کے لئے آگے کیا بھیجا ہے اور تم سب اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو۔ اللہ تمہارے اعمال سے خوب باخبر ہے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
O ye who believe! be mindful of your duty to Allah and let every soul look to what it sends forth for the morrow. And fear Allah, verily, Allah is Well-Aware of what you do.

[b]O ye who believe! fear Allah; and let every soul look to what it sends forth for the morrow. And fear Allah; verily Allah is Well-Aware of what you do.[4203]

Commentary:
The root cause of all sin is neglect and negligence. The believers here are enjoined to take care of the morrow. And there could be no real moral or spiritual progress without a sure, sincere and true belief in God.
اردو ترجمہ مودودی
اے لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو، اللہ سے ڈرو، اور ہر شخص یہ دیکھے کہ اُس نے کل کے لیے کیا سامان کیا ہے اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو، اللہ یقیناً تمہارے اُن سب اعمال سے باخبر ہے جو تم کرتے ہو
English - Sahih
O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow - and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do.

اے ایمان والو الله سے ڈرو اور ہر شخص کو دیکھنا چاہیئے کہ اس نے کل کے لئے کیا آگے بھیجا ہے اور الله سے ڈرو کیوں کہ الله تمہارے کاموں سے خبردار ہے
