وَلَئِنۡ اَصٰبَکُمۡ فَضۡلٌ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ لَیَقُوۡلَنَّ کَاَنۡ لَّمۡ تَکُنۡۢ بَیۡنَکُمۡ وَبَیۡنَہٗ مَوَدَّۃٌ یّٰلَیۡتَنِیۡ کُنۡتُ مَعَہُمۡ فَاَفُوۡزَ فَوۡزًا عَظِیۡمًا
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
But if there comes to you some good fortune from Allah, he says, as if there were no love between you and him, ‘Would that I had been with them, then should I have indeed achieved a great success!’
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اور اگر تمہیں اللہ کی طرف سے کوئی فضل نصیب ہو تو وہ ضرور اس طرح کہے گا، گویا تمہارے اور اس کے درمیان کوئی محبت کا تعلق نہیں، کہ کاش میں بھی ان کے ساتھ ہوتا تو بہت بڑی کامیابی حاصل کرتا۔

Mais si c’est une grâce qu’Allāh vous envoie, il dira, comme si aucune amitié ne vous liait : « Que n’ai-je été avec eux ! J’aurais alors remporté un très grand succès ! »

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور اگر اللہ کی طرف سے تمہیں کوئی فضل (کی بات) پہنچے تو وہ لازماًکہہ اٹھتے ہیں کہ کاش ہم (بھی) ان کے ساتھ ہوتے تا کہ (بہت) بڑی کامیابی پاتے گویا کہ ان کے اور تمہارے درمیان کوئی دوستانہ تعلق تھا ہی نہیں۔

اور اگر اللہ کی طرف سے تم پر فضل ہو تو کہتا ہے اور اس طرح کہتا ہے کہ گویا تمہارے اور اس کے درمیان محبت کا تو کوئی تعلق تھا ہی نہیں کہ کاش میں بھی ان کے ساتھ ہوتا تو بڑا کام بن جاتا

But if bounty comes to you from Allah, he will surely say, as if there had never been between you and him any affection. "Oh, I wish I had been with them so I could have attained a great attainment."
