قُلِ اللّٰہُمَّ مٰلِکَ الۡمُلۡکِ تُؤۡتِی الۡمُلۡکَ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتَنۡزِعُ الۡمُلۡکَ مِمَّنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ ۖ بِیَدِکَ الۡخَیۡرُ ۖ اِنَّکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ قَدِیۡرٌ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Say, ‘O Allah, Lord of sovereignty, Thou givest sovereignty to whomsoever Thou pleasest; and Thou takest away sovereignty from whomsoever Thou pleasest. Thou exaltest whomsoever Thou pleasest and Thou abasest whomsoever Thou pleasest. In Thy hand is all good. Thou surely hast power to do all things.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
تُو کہہ دے اے میرے اللہ! سلطنت کے مالک! تُو جسے چاہے فرمانروائی عطا کرتا ہے اور جس سے چاہے فرمانروائی چھین لیتا ہے۔ اور تُو جسے چاہے عزت بخشتا ہے اور جسے چاہے ذلیل کر دیتا ہے۔ خیر تیرے ہی ہاتھ میں ہے۔ یقیناً تُو ہر چیز پر جسے تُو چاہے دائمی قدرت رکھتا ہے۔
French
Dis : « Ô Allāh, Maître de la Souveraineté, Tu accordes la souveraineté à qui Tu veux et Tu ôtes la souveraineté de qui Tu veux. Tu élèves qui Tu veux et Tu humilies qui Tu veux. Tu détiens dans Ta main tout ce qui est bon. En vérité, Tu as le pouvoir de faire tout ce que Tu veux.
German
Sprich: "O Allah, Herr der Herrschaft, Du gibst die Herrschaft, wem Du willst, und Du nimmst die Herrschaft, wem Du willst. Du erhöhst, wen Du willst, und erniedrigst, wen Du willst. In Deiner Hand ist alles Gute. Wahrlich, Du hast Macht über alle Dinge.

你 (祈祷着) 说: “安拉, 主权的真主啊! [b]你想给谁主权, 就给谁主权; 你要夺去谁的主权, 就夺去谁的主权。你要使谁尊贵, 就使谁尊贵; 你要使谁卑贱, 就使谁卑贱。一切幸福都由你掌握, 你对每一件事情都是具有强大力量的。

Di': «O Allah, Signore della sovranità, Tu dai sovranità a chiunque Ti piaccia e Tu togli sovranità a chiunque Ti piaccia. Tu esalti chiunque Ti piaccia e Tu abbassi chiunque Ti piaccia. Nella Tua mano è tutto il bene. Senza dubbio ogni cosa è in Tuo potere.

Di: “¡Oh Al-lah, Señor de la soberanía!”, Tú das la autoridad a quien Te place y retiras el poder de quien quieres; Tú ensalzas a quien deseas y humillas a quien Te place. En Tu mano está todo el bien. Tú, en verdad, tienes el poder de hacer todas las cosas.

تو کہہ اے اللہ جو سلطنت کا مالک ہے تو جسے چاہتا ہے سلطنت دیتا ہے اور جس سے چاہتا ہے سلطنت لے لیتا ہے۔ جسے چاہتا ہے غلبہ بخشتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے ذلیل کر دیتا ہے۔ سب بھلائی تیرے ہی ہاتھ میں ہے اور تو یقیناً ہر ایک چیز پر قادر ہے۔

Say, "O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.
