فَلِذَٰلِكَ فَٱدْعُ ۖ وَٱسْتَقِمْ كَمَآ أُمِرْتَ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ ۖ وَقُلْ ءَامَنتُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن كِتَٰبٍ ۖ وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَعْدِلَ بَيْنَكُمُ ۖ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ ۖ لَنَآ أَعْمَٰلُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَٰلُكُمْ ۖ لَا حُجَّةَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ ۖ ٱللَّهُ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
To this, then, do thou invite mankind. And be thou steadfast as thou art commanded, and follow not their evil inclinations, but say, ‘I believe in whatever Book Allah has sent down, and I am commanded to judge justly between you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us is the reward of our works, and for you the reward of your works. There is no quarrel between us and you. Allah will gather us together, and to Him is the return.’
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
پس اِسی بنا پر چاہئے کہ تُو انہیں دعوت دے اور مضبوطی سے اپنے موقف پر قائم ہو جا جیسے تجھے حکم دیا جاتا ہے اور اُن کی خواہشات کی پیروی نہ کر اور کہہ دے کہ میں اس پر ایمان لا چکا ہوں جو کتاب ہی کی باتوں میں سے اللہ نے اُتارا ہے۔ اور مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں تمہارے درمیان انصاف کا معاملہ کروں۔ اللہ ہی ہمارا ربّ اور تمہارا بھی ربّ ہے۔ ہمارے لئے ہمارے اعمال اور تمہارے لئے تمہارے اعمال ہیں ۔ ہمارے اور تمہارے درمیان کوئی جھگڑا (کام) نہیں (آسکتا)۔ اللہ ہمیں اکٹھا کرے گا اور اُسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔
French
Vers ceci donc, appelle l’humanité. Et sois constant comme il t’est ordonné, et ne suis pas leurs mauvais penchants, mais dis : « Je crois en tout Livre révélé par Allāh, et il m’est ordonné de juger équitablement entre vous. Allāh est notre Seigneur et votre Seigneur. Pour nous sera la récompense de nos œuvres, et pour vous la récompense de vos œuvres. Il n’y a aucune querelle entre nous et vous. Allāh nous rassemblera, et auprès de Lui est la destination. »

Zu diesem (Glauben) also rufe (sie) auf. Und bleibe standhaft, wie dir geheißen ward, und folge ihren bösen Gelüsten nicht, sondern sprich: "Ich glaube an das Buch, was immer es sei, das Allah herabgesandt hat, und mir ist befohlen, gerecht zwischen euch zu richten. Allah ist unser Herr und euer Herr. Für uns unsere Werke, und für euch eure Werke! Kein Streit ist zwischen uns und euch. Allah wird uns zusammenbringen, und zu Ihm ist die Heimkehr."

E sii saldo in essa, come ti è stato comandato, e non seguire le loro cattive inclinazioni, ma di': «Io credo nel libro che Allah ha inviato, e mi è stato ordinato di giudicare con giustizia fra di voi. Allah è il nostro Signore e il vostro Signore. A noi la ricompensa per le nostre azioni; a voi la ricompensa per le vostre azioni. Non c'è motivo di litigare tra noi e voi. Allah ci radunerà insieme, e a Lui si deve tornare.»

Ante esto, pues, invita tú a la humanidad. Sé perseverante como se te ha ordenado, y no sigas sus perversas inclinaciones, sino diles: “Creo en cualquier Libro revelado por Al-lah y se me ha ordenado juzgar con justicia entre vosotros. Al-lah es nuestro Señor y vuestro Señor. Para nosotros es la recompensa de nuestras obras y para vosotros la recompensa de las vuestras. No hay disputa alguna entre nosotros y vosotros. Al-lah nos reunirá juntos y a Él será el retorno”.

پس تو (اسی دین کی طرف) لوگوں کو پکار۔ اور تو (اسی طرح دین پر) استقلال سے قائم رہ جس طرح تجھے کہا گیا ہے اور ان کی خواہشوں کی پیروی نہ کر اور کہہ دے کہ اللہ نے اپنی کتاب سے جو کچھ اتارا ہے میں اس پر ایمان لاتا ہوں اور مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں تمہارے درمیان عدل سے فیصلہ کروں۔ اللہ ہمارا بھی رب ہے اور تمہارا بھی رب (ہے) ہمارے اعمال ہمارے ساتھ ہیں اور تمہارے اعمال تمہارے ساتھ (ہیں) تمہارے اور ہمارے درمیان کوئی جھگڑا نہیں۔ اللہ ہمیں (ایک دن) جمع کر دے گا اور اسی کی طرف ہم سب کو لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
To this religion, then, do thou invite mankind. Commentary:
The Holy Prophet is here enjoined to tell the followers of earlier Prophets that he believes in all the revealed Scriptures that had come before him. There was, therefore, no cause for them to quarrel with him. But since they continued to reject him, so time will show who is in the right and who in the wrong. The words, "Allah will gather us together" may imply a prophecy that disbelievers will join the fold of Islam.

چونکہ یہ حالت پیدا ہو چکی ہے اس لیے اے محمدؐ، اب تم اُسی دین کی طرف دعوت دو، اور جس طرح تمہیں حکم دیا گیا ہے اُس پر مضبوطی کے ساتھ قائم ہو جاؤ، اور اِن لوگو ں کی خواہشات کا اتباع نہ کرو، اور اِن سے کہہ دو کہ: "اللہ نے جو کتاب بھی نازل کی ہے میں اُس پر ایمان لایا مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں تمہارے درمیان انصاف کروں اللہ ہی ہمارا رب بھی ہے اور تمہارا رب بھی ہمارے اعمال ہمارے لیے ہیں اور تمہارے اعمال تمہارے لیے ہمارے اور تمہارے درمیان کوئی جھگڑا نہیں اللہ ایک روز ہم سب کو جمع کرے گا اور اُسی کی طرف سب کو جانا ہے"

So to that [religion of Allah] invite, [O Muhammad], and remain on a right course as you are commanded and do not follow their inclinations but say, "I have believed in what Allah has revealed of the Qur'an, and I have been commanded to do justice among you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are our deeds, and for you your deeds. There is no [need for] argument between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is the [final] destination."

تو آپ اسی دین کی طرف بلائیے اور قائم رہیئے جیسا آپ کو حکم دیا گیا ہے اور ان کی خواہشوں پر نہ چلیئے اور کہہ دو کہ میں اس پر یقن لایا ہوں جو اللهنےکتاب نازل کی ہے اور مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں تمہارے درمیان انصاف کروں اللہ ہی ہمارا اور تمہارا پروردگار ہے ہمارے لیے ہمارےاعمال ہیں اور تمہارے لیے تمہارے اعمال اور تمہارے درمیان کوئی جھگڑا نہیں الله ہم سب کو جمع کر لے گا اور اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے

So to that then invite, and stand firm as you are commanded and (do) not follow their desires, but say, "I believe in what Allah has sent down of (the) Book, and I am commanded that I do justice between you. Allah (is) our Lord and your Lord. For us our deeds and for you your deeds. (There is) no argument between us and between you. Allah will assemble [between] us, and to Him (is) the final return."

Therefore call thou, and go straight as thou hast been commanded; do not follow their caprices. And say: 'I believe in whatever Book God has sent down; I have been commanded to be just between you. God is our Lord and your Lord. We have our deeds, and you have your deeds; there is no argument between us and you; God shall bring us together, and unto Him is the homecoming.'

(This being so, O Muhammad), call people to the same religion and be steadfast about it as you were commanded, and do not follow their desires, and say (to them): “I believe in the Book Allah has sent down.
