اَمۡ حَسِبَ الَّذِیۡنَ یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ السَّیِّاٰتِ اَنۡ یَّسۡبِقُوۡنَا ۚ سَآءَ مَا یَحۡکُمُوۡنَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Or do those who commit evil deeds think that they will escape Us? Evil is what they judge.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
کیا وہ لوگ جو برے اعمال بجا لاتے ہیں گمان کر بیٹھے ہیں کہ وہ (سزا سے بھاگ کر) ہم پر سبقت لے جائیں گے؟ بہت بُرا ہے جو وہ فیصلہ کرتے ہیں۔

Ou, est-ce que ceux qui commettent de mauvaises actions pensent qu’ils Nous échapperont ? Mauvais est leur jugement.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
کیا جو لوگ بدیاں کرتے ہیں۔ وہ خیال کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ہمارے سزا سے بچ جائیں گے۔ اُن کا فیصلہ بہت برا ہے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
Or, do those who commit evil deeds imagine that they will escape Us? How ill they judge!
English - Five Volume Translation
Or do those who commit evil deeds think that they will escape Us? Evil is what they judge.[2942]
Commentary:
The expression "will escape Us" has been used in this verse in one of the following two senses:
(1) they will frustrate Our plan;
(2) they will escape Our punishment.
