اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
یعنی ہمارے فضل سے یہ کامیاب بیڑے تجھے ملے ہیں اور تجھے سرکش قوموں پر قبضہ ملا ہے۔
اس سے پتہ لگتا ہے کہ جنگی قیدیوں پر اس حد تک سختی کی جا سکتی ہے جس سے ان کو بھاگنے سے روکا جائے اس سے زیادہ سختی کرنی جائز نہیں۔
