21:67

قَالَ اَفَتَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ مَا لَا یَنۡفَعُکُمۡ شَیۡـًٔا وَّلَا یَضُرُّکُمۡ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

He said, ‘Do you then worship instead of Allah that which cannot profit you at all, nor harm you?

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اس نے کہا پھر کیا تم اللہ کے سوا اس کی عبادت کرتے ہو جو نہ تمہیں ذرّہ بھر فائدہ پہنچا سکتا ہے اور نہ تمہیں نقصان پہنچا سکتا ہے؟

French

Il dit : « Adorez-vous donc à la place d’Allāh ce qui ne peut aucunement vous profiter, ni vous nuire ?

German

Er sprach: "Verehrt ihr denn statt Allah das, was euch nicht den geringsten Nutzen bringen noch euch schaden kann?

Chinese

他 (伊布拉欣) 说: [a]“你们离弃安拉, 而崇拜那丝毫无益于你们也丝毫无害于你们的东西?

29:18; 37:96.

Italian

Egli disse: «Voi dunque, invece di Allah, adorate qualcuno che non vi fa né del bene né del male?

Spanish

Dijo: “¿Adoráis pues en lugar de Al-lah a lo que no puede beneficiaros en absoluto ni perjudicaros?”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

(ابراہیم نے) کہا تو کیا تم اللہ کے سوا ایسی شے کی پرستش کرتے ہو جو نہ تمہیں نفع دیتی ہے‘ نہ نقصان پہنچاتی ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

He said, [a]‘Do you then worship, instead of Allah, that which cannot profit you at all, nor harm you?

29:18; 37:96.

He said, [a]‘Do you then worship, instead of Allah, that which cannot profit you at all, nor harm you?

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

ابراہیمؑ نے کہا "پھر کیا تم اللہ کو چھوڑ کر اُن چیزوں کو پوج رہے ہو جو نہ تمہیں نفع پہنچانے پر قادر ہیں نہ نقصان

English - Sahih

He said, "Then do you worship instead of Allah that which does not benefit you at all or harm you?

کہا پھر کیا تم الله کے سوا اس چیز کی پوجا کرتے ہو جو نہ تمہیں نفع دے سکےاور نہ نقصان پہنچا سکے

He said, "Then do you worship besides Allah what (does) not benefit you (in) anything and not harms you?
