قُلْ سِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Say, ‘Travel in the earth and see how evil was the end of the sinful!’

تُو کہہ دے زمین میں خوب سیر کرو اور پھر دیکھو کہ مجرموں کا کیسا انجام تھا۔

French

Dis : « Parcourez la terre, et voyez comme a été mauvaise la fin des coupables !

German

Sprich: "Reiset umher auf der Erde und seht, wie der Ausgang der Sündigen war!"

你说: [c]“你们要在大地上游历并观察罪人的结局是怎样的。”

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

تو کہہ دے کہ زمین میں پھرو اور دیکھو کہ مجرموں کا انجام کیسا ہوا تھا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Say, [c]‘Travel in the earth and see how evil was the end of the sinful.’

Say, [c]‘Travel in the earth and see how evil was the end of the sinful!’[2860]

16:37; 30:43; 40:83.

Commentary:

In this verse the disbelievers are warned that they will not be allowed to arrest or retard the progress of the Holy Prophet’s noble cause; on the contrary, by opposing him they will only bring ruin upon themselves. The lesson is writ large on the pages of history that denial of truth has always led disbelievers to destruction and desolation. In the next verse the Holy Prophet is consoled and comforted that he should not feel distressed because of the plots and conspiracies of his enemies, as their evil designs can do him no harm and will only recoil on their own heads.

کہو ذرا زمین میں چل پھر کر دیکھو کہ مجرموں کا کیا انجام ہو چکا ہے

Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals."

کہہ دے تم زمین میں چل پھر کر دیکھو کہ گناہگاروں کا کیا انجام ہوا
