3:137

اُولٰٓئِکَ جَزَآؤُہُمۡ مَّغۡفِرَۃٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّہِمۡ وَجَنّٰتٌ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ فِیۡہَا ۚ وَنِعۡمَ اَجۡرُ الۡعٰمِلِیۡنَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

It is these whose reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they shall abide; and how good is the reward of those who work!

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کی جزا ان کے ربّ کی طرف سے مغفرت ہے اور ایسی جَنَّات ہیں جن کے دامن میں نہریں بہتی ہیں۔ وہ ہمیشہ ان میں رہنے والے ہیں۔ اور عمل کرنے والوں کا کیا ہی اچھا اجر ہے۔

French

Ceux-là auront comme récompense le pardon de leur Seigneur, et des Jardins sous lesquels coulent des rivières, où ils demeureront éternellement ; et comme est excellente la récompense de ceux qui oeuvrent pour le bien !

German

Ihr Lohn ist ihres Herrn Vergebung und Gärten, durch welche Ströme fließen, darin sollen sie weilen; und wie schön ist der Lohn der Wirkenden!

Chinese

[a]这些人是这样: 他们的报偿将是降自其养主的宽恕和诸河川流不息的庭园, 他们将永居其中。力行者的回报太好了。

39:75.

Italian

Sono questi coloro la cui ricompensa è il perdono da parte del loro Signore, e giardini sotto cui scorrono fiumi, nei quali essi resteranno; com'è buona la ricompensa per coloro che ben agiscono!

Spanish

Son éstos cuya recompensa es el perdón de su Señor, y jardines por los cuales corren ríos, en donde morarán eternamente; ¡qué hermosa es la recompensa de los que trabajan!

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

یہ لوگ ایسے ہیں کہ ان کی جزا ان کے رب کی طرف سے (نازل ہونے والی) مغفرت اور ایسے باغات ہوں گے جن کے نیچے نہریں[1] بہتی ہوں گی۔ اور وہ ان میں بستے چلے جائیں گے اور کام کرنے والوں کا (یہ) بدلہ کیا ہی اچھا ہے۔

نیچے سے مراد یہ ہے کہ وہ نہریں باغات سے متعلق ہوں گی اور ان کے رہنے والے ان کے مالک ہوں گے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[c]It is these whose reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and gardens[483] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they shall abide; and excellent is the reward of good workers.

39:75.

When a man truly turns to God after having committed a sin, and sincerely repents of his misdeeds, he is not only forgiven by God, but God leads him to higher stages of spiritual progress and promises him Heaven.

English - Five Volume Translation

[a]It is these whose reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they shall abide; and how good is the reward of those who work![420]

39:75.

Commentary:

When a man truly turns to God, after committing a sin, and sincerely repents of his misdeeds, he is forgiven by God. The verse makes it further clear that forgiveness is only the first stage. God leads those who repent to higher stages of spiritual progress and promises them Heaven.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

ایسے لوگوں کی جزا ان کے رب کے پاس یہ ہے کہ وہ ان کو معاف کر دے گا اور ایسے باغوں میں انہیں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہونگی اور وہاں وہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے کیسا اچھا بدلہ ہے نیک عمل کرنے والوں کے لیے

English - Sahih

Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow [in Paradise], wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

یہ لوگ ان کا بدلہ ان کے رب کے ہاں سے بخشش ہے اور باغ ہیں جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی ان باغوں میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہوں گے اور کام کرنے والوں کی کیسی اچھی مزدوری ہے

English - Talal Itani

Those - their reward (is) forgiveness from their Lord and Gardens flows from underneath it the rivers, abiding forever in it. And an excellent reward (for) the (righteous) workers.

اردہ تفصیرِ صغیر نوٹس ^*

نیچے سے مراد یہ ہے کہ وہ نہریں باغات سے متعلق ہوں گی اور ان کے رہنے والے ان کے مالک ہوں گے۔

Those -- their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord, and gardens beneath which rivers flow, therein dwelling forever; and how excellent is the wage of those who labour!

They shall be recompensed by forgiveness from their Lord and by gardens beneath which rivers flow; there they shall abide. How good is the reward of those who labour!
