33:25

لِّیَجۡزِیَ اللّٰہُ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ بِصِدۡقِہِمۡ وَیُعَذِّبَ الۡمُنٰفِقِیۡنَ اِنۡ شَآءَ اَوۡ یَتُوۡبَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۚ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِیۡمًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth, and punish the hypocrites if He so please, or turn to them in mercy. Verily Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

(یہ اس لئے ہے) تاکہ اللہ سچوں کو ان کی سچائی کی جزا دے اور منافقوں کو اگر چاہے تو عذاب دے یا توبہ قبول کرتے ہوئے اُن پر جھکے۔ یقیناً اللہ بہت بخشنے والا (اور) بار بار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

French

Afin qu’Allāh puisse récompenser les véridiques pour leur fidélité, et châtier les hypocrites s’Il le veut, ou Se tourner avec clémence vers eux. En vérité, Allāh est Très-Pardonnant, Miséricordieux.

German

dass Allah die Wahrhaftigen belohne für ihre Wahrhaftigkeit und die Heuchler bestrafe, wenn es Ihm gefällt, oder Sich ihnen zuwende in Barmherzigkeit. Wahrlich, Allah ist allverzeihend, barmherzig.

Chinese

[a]结果安拉将依照真诚者的真诚而给他们报酬, 如果他愿意的话, 他将惩罚伪信的人们, 或者仁慈地饶恕他们。安拉确是最宽恕的, 永久仁慈的。

48:6, 7.

Italian

Possa Allah ricompensare i veritieri per la loro veridicità, e punire gli ipocriti, se a Lui così piace, o volgersi verso di loro con misericordia. In verità, Allah è Colui che sommamente perdona, il Misericordioso.

Spanish

Para que Al‑lah recompense al veraz por su verdad, y castigue a los hipócritas si así lo desea, o les muestre misericordia. En verdad, es el Sumo Indulgente, Misericordioso.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اس کا نتیجہ یہ ہوگا کہ اللہ ایسے صادقوں کو ان کے صدق کا بدلہ دے گا اور اگر چاہے گا تو منافقوں کو عذاب دے گا۔ یا ان پر رحم کرے گا اور اللہ یقیناً بڑا بخشنے والا (اور) باربار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[a]That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth, and punish the hypocrites if He so please, or turn to them in mercy. Verily, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.

48:6, 7.

48:7.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

(یہ سب کچھ اس لیے ہوا) تاکہ اللہ سچوں کو اُن کی سچائی کی جزا دے اور منافقوں کو چاہے تو سزا دے اور چاہے تو ان کی توبہ قبول کر لے، بے شک اللہ غفور و رحیم ہے

English - Sahih

That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repentance. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

تاکہ الله سچوں کو ان کے سچ کا بدلہ دے اور اگر چاہے تو منافقوں کوعذاب دے یا ان کی توبہ قبول کرے بے شک الله بخشنے والا مہربان ہے

English - Talal Itani

That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or turn in mercy to them. Indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

English - Arberry

that God may recompense the truthful ones for their truthfulness, and chastise the hypocrites, if He will, or turn again unto them. Surely God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate.

(All this is) in order that Allah may reward the truthful for their truthfulness, and either punish the hypocrites or, if He so wills, accept their repentance. Verily Allah is Most Pardoning, Most Compassionate.
