39:34

وَٱلَّذِى جَآءَ بِٱلصِّدْقِ وَصَدَّقَ بِهِۦٓ ۙ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

But he who has brought the truth, and he who testifies to it as such — these it is who are the righteous.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور وہ شخص جو سچائی لے کر آئے اور (وہ جو) اس (سچائی) کی تصدیق کرے یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جو متقی ہیں۔

French

Mais celui qui a apporté la vérité, et celui qui l’atteste comme telle – ceux-là sont les pieux.

German

Und der, der die Wahrheit bringt, und (der, welcher) sie bestätigt – das sind die Gerechten.

但凡是带来真理和证实它是真理的人, 他们才是敬畏者。

Mentre chi ha portato la verità e chi le rende testimonianza in quanto verità, sono coloro che sono giusti.

Mas quien ha traído la verdad, y quien da testimonio de ella como tal: ésos son los justos.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور (ہر) وہ شخص جو خدا کی طرف سے سچی تعلیم لائے اور (ہر) وہ شخص جو ایسی تعلیم کی تصدیق کرے ایسے لوگ ہی متقی ہوتے ہیں۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

But he who has brought the truth, and he who testifies to it as truth—these it is who are the righteous.

English - Five Volume Translation

But he who has brought the truth, and he who testifies to it as truth—these it is who are the righteous.[3458]

Commentary:

The second argument to support and establish the truth of a claimant to Divine revelation lies in the fact that the Prophets of God and those who accept their Message and follow their lead invariably meet with success, because they enjoy God’s protection and help. These two criteria, the one mentioned in this and the other in the previous verse, determine the truth of all Divine Messengers.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اور جو شخص سچائی لے کر آیا اور جنہوں نے اس کو سچ مانا، وہی عذاب سے بچنے والے ہیں

English - Sahih

And the one who has brought the truth and [they who] believed in it - those are the righteous.

اور جو سچی بات لایا اور جس نے اس کی تصدیق کی وہی پرہیزگار ہیں

And the one who brought the truth and believed in it, those [they] (are) the righteous.
