أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هَدَىٰنِى لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

“Or lest it should say, ‘If Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous;’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

یا یہ کہے کہ اگر اللہ مجھے ہدایت دیتا تو میں ضرور متقیوں میں سے ہو جاتا۔

French

Ou pour qu’elle ne dise pas : « Si Allāh m’avait guidée, j’aurais assurément été du nombre des gens droits ; »

German

oder damit nicht einer spräche: "Hätte mich Allah geleitet, so wäre auch ich unter den Rechtschaffenen gewesen";

或免得他说: “要是安拉领导了我, 我必已成为敬畏的人。”

Italian

Oppure, affinché non si dica: «Se Allah mi avesse guidato, certamente anch'io sarei stato tra i giusti.»

Spanish

“O que diga: “Si Al‑lah me hubiese guiado, ciertamente habría estado entre los justos”;

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

یا (کوئی) یہ کہنے لگے کہ اگر اللہ مجھے (جبرا) ہدایت دے دیتا تو میں بھی متقیوں میں سے ہو جاتا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Or, lest it should say, ‘If Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among those who fully carry out their duties;

English - Five Volume Translation

Or lest it should say, ‘If Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous;’

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

یا کہے "کاش اللہ نے مجھے ہدایت بخشی ہوتی تو میں بھی متقیوں میں سے ہوتا"

English - Sahih

Or [lest] it say, "If only Allah had guided me, I would have been among the righteous."

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

یا کہنے لگے اگر الله مجھے ہدایت کرتا تو میں پرہیزگاروں میں ہوتا

English - Talal Itani

Or it should say, "If that Allah (had) guided me, surely, I (would) have been among the righteous."
