4:123

وَالَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ سَنُدۡخِلُہُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ فِیۡہَاۤ اَبَدًا ۖ وَّعۡدَ اللّٰہِ حَقًّا ۚ وَمَنۡ اَصۡدَقُ مِنَ اللّٰہِ قِیۡلًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

But as to those who believe and do good works, We will admit them into Gardens, beneath which streams flow, abiding therein for ever. It is Allah’s unfailing promise; and who can be more truthful than Allah in word?

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور وہ لوگ جو ایمان لائے اور نیک اعمال بجا لائے ہم ضرور اُنہیں ایسی جنتوں میں داخل کریں گے جن کے دامن میں نہریں بہتی ہیں۔ وہ ہمیشہ ان میں رہنے والے ہیں۔ یہ اللہ کا سچّا وعدہ ہے۔ اور (اپنے) قول میں اللہ سے زیادہ سچا اَور کون ہے۔

French

Mais quant à ceux qui croient et font de bonnes œuvres, Nous les ferons entrer dans des Jardins sous lesquels coulent des ruisseaux, et ils y demeureront éternellement. Ceci est la promesse infaillible d’Allāh. Et qui peut rester plus fidèle à sa parole qu’Allāh ?

German

Die aber glauben und gute Werke tun, die wollen Wir in Gärten führen, durch welche Ströme fließen; darin sollen sie weilen auf ewig und immerdar. (Das ist) Allahs wahrhaftige Verheißung; und wer ist wahrhaftiger in der Rede als Allah?

我将使[a]信仰且行善的人进入河水川流不息的天园, 他们将永居其中。这是安拉真实的许约。谁的话比安拉的话更真实？

Italian

Ma quanto a coloro che credono e operano il bene, Noi li faremo entrare nei giardini a valle dei quali scorrono ruscelli e vi dimoreranno per sempre. Questa è l'incrollabile promessa di Allah, e chi può essere più veritiero di Allah, nella parola?

Spanish

En cambio, a quienes creen y hacen buenas obras los admitiremos en ardines por los que fluyen ríos, y habitarán allí para siempre. Ésta es la promesa indefectible de Al-lah; y ¿quién es más sincero que Al-lah en Su palabra?

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے ہیں اور انہوں نے نیک کام کئے ہیں ہم انہیں ضرور ایسے باغات میں داخل کریں گے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گے (اور وہ) ان میں ہمیشہ رہتے چلے جائیں گے (یہ) اللہ کا سچا وعدہ (ہے) اور اللہ سے بڑھ کر کس کی بات سچی ہو سکتی ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

But as for [c]those who believe and do good works, We will admit them into Gardens, beneath which streams flow, wherein they will abide for ever. It is Allah’s unfailing promise; and who can be more truthful than Allah in word?

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

رہے وہ لوگ جو ایمان لے آئیں اور نیک عمل کریں، توا نہیں ہم ایسے باغوں میں داخل کریں گے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی اور وہ وہاں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے یہ اللہ کا سچا وعدہ ہے اور اللہ سے بڑھ کر کون اپنی بات میں سچا ہوگا

English - Sahih

But the ones who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. [It is] the promise of Allah, [which is] truth, and who is more truthful than Allah in statement.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور اچھے کام کیے انہیں ہم باغوں میں داخل کر ینگے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہیں ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے الله کا وعدہ سچا ہے اور الله سے زیادہ سچا کون ہے

English - Talal Itani

And those who believe[d] and do [the] righteous deeds We will admit them (in) Gardens flow from underneath it the rivers, will abide in it forever. A Promise (of) Allah (in) truth, and who (is) truer than Allah (in) statement?

English - Arberry

But those that believe, and do deeds of righteousness, them We shall admit to gardens underneath which rivers flow, therein dwelling for ever and ever; God's promise in truth; and who is truer in speech than God?

English - Maududi

But those who believe and do good, We shall cause them to enter the Gardens beneath which rivers flow. Here they will abide for ever. This is Allah's promise in truth and whose word is truer than Allah's?

But those who believe and do good deeds We shall admit into gardens with streams of running water where they will abide for ever. True is the promise of God; and whose word could be truer than God's?
