42:38

وَالَّذِیۡنَ یَجۡتَنِبُوۡنَ کَبٰٓئِرَ الۡاِثۡمِ وَالۡفَوٰحِشَ وَاِذَا مَا غَضِبُوۡا ہُمۡ یَغۡفِرُوۡنَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And who eschew the more grievous sins and indecencies, and, when they are wroth, they forgive,

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور جو بڑے گناہوں اور بے حیائی کی باتوں سے اجتناب کرتے ہیں اور جب وہ غضبناک ہوں تو بخشش سے کام لیتے ہیں۔

French

Et ceux qui évitent les péchés les plus graves et les indécences ; et qui, lorsqu’ils sont courroucés pardonnent ;

German

und die schwersten Sünden und Schändlichkeiten meiden und, wenn sie zornig sind, vergeben;

[e](那对于) 那些避免大罪和下流事情, 在激怒时,[1209]宽恕的人,

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور (ان کے لئے) جو بڑے گناہوں اور بدکاری سے بچتے ہیں اور جب ان کو غصہ آتا ہے تو معاف کر دیتے ہیں۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[b]And those who eschew the more grievous sins and indecencies, and, when they are wroth,[2659] they forgive,

These words comprise all kinds of sins and moral lapses, but a separate mention is made of anger because many sins spring from anger when it exceeds legitimate bounds.

Commentary:

The words کبائر الاثم و الفواحش comprise all kinds of sins and moral lapses, but a separate mention is made of anger because many sins spring from anger when it exceeds legitimate bounds.

جو بڑے بڑے گناہوں اور بے حیائی کے کاموں سے پرہیز کرتے ہیں اور اگر غصہ آ جائے تو درگزر کر جا تے ہیں
