إِنَّا كَاشِفُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابِ قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّكُمْ عَآئِدُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

We shall remove the punishment for a little while, but you will certainly revert to disbelief.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

یقیناً ہم عذاب کو تھوڑی دیرکے لئے دور کر دیں گے۔ ضرور تم (انہی باتوں کا) اعادہ کرنے والے ہو۔

„Wir werden die Strafe für ein weniges hinwegnehmen, ihr aber werdet rückfällig sein.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

ہم عذاب کو تھوڑی دیر کے لئے ہٹا دیں گے مگر تم پھر وہی (کرتوتیں) کرنے لگ جاؤ گے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[b]We shall remove the punishment for a little while, but you will certainly revert to mischief.[2695]

According to reliable tradition the Holy Prophet prayed and the famine was removed. But the Quraish did not benefit by it and continued to oppose the holy Prophet.

ہم ذرا عذاب ہٹائے دیتے ہیں، تم لوگ پھر وہی کچھ کرو گے جو پہلے کر رہے تھے
